Fine unless you hunt in coastal areas,

"This jacket is fine in insulation down to the 20F's and was waterproof. The only problem is it doesn't hold up well to coastal hunting. I hunted this jacket for only 3/4 of a season before the zipper broke off. Most of the buttons are too corroded to snap shut as well. I hunt over salt water most of the time, but I was disappointed this jacket didn't hold up longer. There's only a 1 yr warranty on jackets (my warranty had expired).
All in all, this jacket isn't terrible, and probably works good for inland hunting in the South. This isn't going to work for cold weather late season hunts though. I wore this one day with a wind chill of 18, (and plenty of layers underneath) and I have never been colder in my life."

"It is a very nice jacket. Kept me warm and dry all winter. Found it can be to warn for a mild winter day. It gotta be below 45 to wear it or you will be sweating.I love it"

Light enough to permit all the moovements,very warm in moderate weather (I'll test it in next hard winter,but I'm sure it will be OK).
Meny pockets for all porpose.
Water and wind proof.

"I bought this jacket a few weeks ago, and have been breaking it in as spring comes. It is warm & windproof, though the hood is a bit clunky. The only two things I'd like to see added are a D-ring or two at the top of the breast pockets, and a waist drawstring to help keep drafts out.
For those that might want to wear this coat during other seasons, the material is a bit loud."

"Very nice jacket for the price. I presented it to a close friend and he used it in the Spanish Pyrinees mountains. It kept him dry and warm under heavy rain, snow and low temperatures. The outer shell is a little noisy, but very waterproof. Good fit for car driving."

"I wore this wading jacket while waiting waiting for turkeys to come in range of NWTF's CA Mt. Diablo's net trap. Sitting waiting until the hurry up part gets cold. Jacket was great loose perfect!! But the hood zipper stiching needs reinforcement. Thanks Cabelas for a great return policy."

"This jacket is warm and comfortable. Mounting the shotgun was easier than my 4 in 1 parka. Just make sure you wash it first its kinda stiff. Enjoy!!!!"

"I recently purchased the Northern Flight Jacket. I got it just in time for the last 30 days of Duck season,and the cold Arctic
blast we got in NC. I read the reviews and decided to give it a try. I am long time Duck hunter and have worn just about everything you can try. I can not believe that you could buy
a duck jacket like this for this price. It is the best hunting jacket I have ever owned, and I own some other
high dollar "Name Brand" jackets. I was very warm at 17 degrees with only one shirt under. It is very comfortable, with
great pockets and has the only truly functional hood I've ever
seen on a jacket. I do agree with other reviews, buy ONE
SIZE BIGGER."
