"i bought these 2315's and they fly great. my carbons flew great too until you put broadheads on them. i shoot feathers and the feathers on my carbons hissed real bad because they were shooting around 300fps out of my bowmadness xs. i shot 380 grain arrows. i only got the carbons to shoot great with broadheads using feathers and thunderheads. i got about 4-5 inche groups using vanes.(not good enough for me) i decided to try these after reading a chuck adams report. i have seriously been bowhunting for about a year or more and all i ever hear is SPEEEED! i love speed too. i just find that shooting these aluminum arrows at about 260fps and using 4 inche feathers they fly perfect and i mean my groups are touching out to 40 yards and they are great at 50 and 60.(with 100 grain thunderheads) i have never harvested a big game animal so i dont know how much speed is a factor but if chuck adams does it with superslams and fingers shooting out of a hoyt that has a top rated speed of 250fps then i think 260fps is good enough for me. thanks."

"I bought a dozen 31inch 2117s for practice and the up coming deer season. The only thing I found was that the nock wasn't aligned out of the box and I had to adjust them, and I dont have a tool to do so. I ended up mangeling one nock, but got the rest where they need to be. once setup, they fly straight and consistant. i am really happy with the price vs. performance on these arrows. i would buy again (although lighter)"

"many of my friends have already switched to carbon arrows, maybe i'm old school, but i just can't seem to make the change from something that has worked for so long and so many times. Icouldn't be happier with the performance of these arrows. Never have had a penitration problem or had a bad arrow in the dozzens that I have purchased, my only problem is that the closest cabelas store to me(hartford connecticut) has very little selection in alluninum arrows so I stock up online every spring. New season new arrows thats just my theory."

"You can't beat these arrows. With the uni nock you can rotate the nock to any position desired, something some previous posters overlooked.
I've shot Easton aluminum arrows for over 20 years; from 2219 to 2512 with outstanding results, including robin hoods.. One advantage to shooting aluminum is you will never have to flex an arrow before you shoot to check if it's cracked."

"Easton has a solid product. The XX75 is the only arrow I will shoot. I was disapointed with the last dozen I bought because the noch was not set in proper rotation to the vanes. Review should have been a 5."

"Awesome arrows! They fly true out of my Parker Bow to 50 yds with broadheads. I switched from carbon arrows to aluminum after poor penetration on elk and am very pleased. Couldn't ask for a better shaft and service. Thanks Cabelas."
