"A friend recommended this fly for use as an indicator fly above a dropper. First trip out, landed 34 trout and about half of them were on the BLT. The only draw back was that they soak up a little water as you use them. Now I spray them with a matte finish and use a dry fly dressing to make them ride higher a little longer. Never leave home without them."
