"Nice/heavy duty rope. At the same time, I don't like it's bulkiness and tendency to twist and knot."

Primos Rope,
October 19, 2009
By bucksandducks
from Dover, DE
|
"Great product. The clips are a little small, but they work nicely. I tied knots every couple of feet to shorten it up and aid in grip. I was using 550 cord and it was difficult to use and this Primos rope works much better. Highly recommended!"

Primo Rope,
October 1, 2009
By LIGHTSOUT365
from MISSOURI
|
"I have used this rope everytime I have gone out this year. the same rope holds my bow and backpack when I am pulling it up to my stand. I use a climber so the 30FT length allows me to get 20-25ft in the tree, without worrying about my bag and bow swinging around below me.
Clips are really handy"

Hard to find 30 foot rope,
May 5, 2009
By Slapshot
from Bel Air , MD
|
"One of the few 30 foot ropes around . Plastic clips are durable and don't rust if you leave out on stand . I usually climb 18 to 22 feet . I tie a knot every 18 inches in this rope which shortens it to 25 feet and still long enough . The knots allow you to get a good grip especially useful for hauling up a heavier hangon stand or a back pack . Most haul ropes are too thin for even the knots to do any good ."

Good rope.,
December 30, 2008
By SouthernVThunter
from Vermont
|
"I only clim to 15-20 feet, so this is more than enough rope. The rope is strong and holds my things very well (one rope for a bow and the other for a backpack/camera equipment). Not much else to say. The only thing that would make this better is if the buckles were metal. I haven't had troubles with the plastic, but I would prefer metal."

Nice Rope.,
November 5, 2008
By CamMan
from Newark Valley N.Y.
|
"The rope is a nice diameter and not flimsey. More than adequate for hoisting a bow. Not sure if i would trust the plastic clip on the end to haul a gun or heavy pack up a tree. But over all a nice product."

30ft rope,
May 7, 2008
By wcsiv
from Middletown, NJ
|
"The rope is very handy for pulling whatever up to you in your treestand. It is not only handy but also the safest way to navigate your gear up to your height once you yourself are securely in the stand. The plastic clips are especially helpful in securing and unsecuring gear rather than tying knots. And it never hurts to have a sturdy length of rope on you in the woods. Very good product for the price. Buy it."

Flaw on cover,
January 17, 2008
By ArcheryBob

"The cover that protects the inner fibers of the rope will break open exposing the inner fibers. The inner fibers will pop out of the cover and kink. You can tape the opening shut which I have done on my rope at four different places."

Nice product,
October 23, 2007
By frazier2209
from TN
|
"doesnt get tangled easily. Only way you will break this one is if you are towing your truck with it.
Clips on each end are nice, but I think I will stick with my 550# parachute cord. Smaller diameter takes up alot less space in my pack and wont get caught on briars and fray.
good prodcut for the money though."

Too small diameter.,
December 7, 2006
By SPLITBROWTINE2003
from Milwaukee, WI
|
"This is a good rope to have at the bottom of your pack, just in case you need it, but for all others I prefer a 3/8" or at least 1/4" rope for pulling up equipment. These small ropes get tangled alot and they burn your hands letting down heavy gear."
