"My friends planned to meet at my house in one hour. I managed to refletch 20 easton arrows and let five fly by the time they arrived. Very secure and tight fit with every arrow. We all had a great day and i couldnt stop bragging about the duravanes."

"They go on very easy & are there to stay. They save alot of time over normal fletching & are more consistant. The only reason I gave it a 4 is because I havent shot them a whole lot yet. But what I have shot has been fine. I would recommend them to everyone. Now you dont have to pay someone to fletch your arrows."

"I purchased as a permanent solution... ended up returning the package of 6 as they did not shrink down tight or hold true with a little twist after they dried. I was able to pull all of them off very easily - even after resubmerging in warmer water (close to boiling) I even have large diameter arrows so I thought they would work even better. In an emergency situation they might prove out but for a few bucks extra I had real ones put on."

"I tried this product and will never pay to have another arrow shaft fletched. I watched the video and did everything as instructed. I shot a NC buck at 22 yards, the arrow entered dead center on the right shoulder and exited just behind the left shoulder, upon finding the arrow it looked great all covered in red, after cleaning up the shaft and fletching I could not tell any difference from the other arrows in my quiver. I did clean up the safts before applying these new vanes, I can not wait to try the feathers. I did not make any adjustments to my bow to use these vanes. If you have not tried these vanes you are wasting time and hard earned money fletching arrows the old way. GREAT PRODUCT."

"the shrink fletch is the greatest thing since sliced bread. They install easier then you can imagine. My arrows fly just as well with the shrink as the factory installed fletching. Try them you will like em."

"i did 5 of the 6 in the package
i shot them thru my whisker biscuit
and they seem to work just fine
they work well for getn some arrows back in use
flew just like the new arrows
if i find they wear after some shots i will update the review"

Easy Fix for Crossbow Bolts,

"Very easy to apply and remove. I had several bolts that had fletching damage. Bought these because I do not have a fletching jig. Just position on your shaft and dip into 180 degree water and it's ready to go in 15 minutes. Would recommend to anyone."

"Overall, these are pretty good. I have a slew of old carbon arrows that will probably get re-fletched now that there is an easier way to do it.
My only negative comment is that I don't think they put enough adhesive inside the fletch tube. I noted this when I accidently shot through my backstop and it peeled the fletching right off. A second test round with a little fletch glue added to the arrow base by the nock proved to be much better.
They are not kidding about making sure that the temperature is at least 180 degrees - any less and you will get less than satisfactory results. I brought the water to a boil and then turned off the burner. Testing it with a thermometer told me when it was time ti dip the arrows.
Sure beats the heck out of the old fashioned way!"

"I would not recommend this product to anyone. I followed the directions to the letter, even down to maintaining the temperature of the water. The product comes with a mini DVD with instructions. After fletching one dozen arrows with them (I ordered two packages of 6), all of the arrows except for two had flaws. Underneath the shrink wrap were noticeable gobs of adhesive. Many of the vanes came out of the water crinkled and warped. After being fletched with that product for over a month, I decided to take the shrink fletching off and replace them with normal fletching. EVERY single arrow shaft was still wet underneath the shrink fletching. I will not use this product again. I don't feel that it was worth the money I spent to purchase it, and it wasn't worth the "convenience". I won't use substandard arrows, and this product made them substandard."

"I have been using these for about a year now on both carbon and aluminum arrows. I shoot on a daily basis year round, so I mess up a fair number of arrow fletchings by hitting them with a successive arrow. The shrink fletch duravanes are as sturdy as anything I've encountered in my years of shooting are easy to install and will stay on until you either shoot and arrow through something very hard which peels them off (as would happen with any other type fletch) or you shoot them off by hitting them with another arrow."

"I bought a pack of these and immediately put them on arrows. The directions were clear about the water temperature needed but didn't say how long to leave them in hot water. In cleaning the arrows before application I did leave a little of the old fletch behind for addition grip strength. I've shot these arrows probably 20 times and don't see a problem. Love the product. Wish I thought of it first."

"this was my first time to ever fletch an arrow, after I put the water on to boil I walked into the garage to clean the shafts to prepare them for the new fletch and when I had walked back to my kitchen the water was ready and within approx I had six arrows ready, I am planning on picking up more for the remaining arrows."
