"I think if you had a noisy bow then these would be the best , but seeing as mine was very quiet anyway as I was just trying to get rid of any vibration that was still there I did not notice any substatial difference in noise or vibration , but I still reckon that they are great."

"I thought they worked good when I got them installed. They come in a pack per two so dont order two of them. Installing them is kinda tricky but once you have them in they wont come out and is little you have to do do to upkeep them during the season."

"I have an older HOYT VORTEC that had the original anti vibration dampners clamped to the limbs. Well one of them lost the navcom piece. So I decided to try the new ALPHASHOX. When they arrived I took them out back along with my original setup. Using my son as an impartial witness, I shot 5 arrows with the old setup and then 5 with the new ALPHASHOX......... They work!!............no doubt about it. They made a real differance. The bow is much quieter and less vibration is felt during the shot. I updated my bow with other Sims products, and now it's like having a new bow."

"I shoot a Hoyt Hyper-tec with the split limb XT-2000 limbs, and when my stock limb savers gave out I was scrambling to find a replacement. I came across the AlphaShox and decided to give them a try due to the flawless reviews that they were receiving. The directions called for a 3/4" spacing from the string, but after about 2 dozen shots the AlphaShox were working there way loose from the limbs, I was very dissappointed. To solve the problem I moved them down about an inch and a half and have had no further problems. A noticable difference in sound and vibration will make it easy to recommend this product to anyone shooting a Hoyt or Reflex bow."

"I shoot 2003 Hoyt MT Sport. I had been getting a buzz out of the string despite every gadget you can put on a bow to reduce bow noise. When the bow was new we installed the split limb Limbsaver product availble in 03'. Since I already had Limbsavers I was somewhat sceptical the upgrade was going to solve the problem; but for less than $20 to finalize the process I had to try it. Bingo problem resolved, these new limsaver AlphaShoxs are well worth upgrading too. It's no wonder they are stock items on new Hoyt bows!!!"

"After recieving the product, I shot my bow a few times to really listen to how loud it was before putting on the limbsavers. After using some dishwashing liquid to put these things on, because without it, it becomes really hard, and letting the dish washing liquid dry, i found my bow to be a lot quiter. I really like this product and all the limbsaver products."

"Sims got this one right. I have them on my Hoyt Razortec and they really do make a world of difference with shock and noise.
My advise is to put them on and let them settle wherever they want anywhere along the limb. You'll drive yourself crazy trying to keep them in one place. Let them work their way into the best spot to do their job."
