Light is good but rubber gasket bad!,November 12, 2007

"Bright Light is great for the livewell, but when you go to install the light the rubber gasket is to soft to get a tight seal! Leaked water so I had to remove both lights I installed in my 2 livewells and use marine silicone to get a water tight seal. The nuts on the back are plastic and one of them stripped REALLY EASY! So i wasnt impressed with these lights, but I had already drilled holes in my livewells so I had to go with them."

"worked for about 2 days and that was only turning it on 5 or 6 times for less then 1 minute now I got a hole in my livewell so I either gotta buy a new one or put that back in to cover hole"
