Airhead Hi Volume Double Action Air Pump,

"I used this manual air pump extensively. It quickly fills Cabela's XPG Wakejammer (58 inch diameter towable). I have used it to fill other inflatables. I have had all the right adapters for the different valves. The pump is very short, so standing straight up while pumping is hard on my lower back. It is much easier on my back if I sit in a chair or on a bench while pumping air into the inflatable."

"The air pump I received was exactly what I asked for but it did not serve my purpose. It blows too hard and the motor that I need will run continuous under extreme heat conditions. I am afraid this motor will not be able to withstand those conditions and I am not able to use it for my needs."

"I have the manual pump that looks like a giant bicycle pump. The unit does an excellent job at inflating my float tube, and comes with every imaginable adapter you might need. It is kind of bulky to carry into the backcountry if that is why you are buying it, but it is easily the lightest solution compared to a small electric pump and lead acid battery. It just depends on if you need compact/heavy or bulky/light. Oh, and it never looses it's charge ;)"

"Nice and compact. Filled up my pontoon in a total of about 6 mins, all 4 cells ! I did have to go back and read the reviews after receiving it due to the directions saying something about not plugging it in to the lighter socket. A few have hit the nail on the head: Just check your fuses and make sure you have at least a 15 amp fuse. The pump requires a little more than 11 amps. I guess most vehicles are equiped with 10 amp fuses. A few cents/sense will make this pump worth more than it sells for. Wouldn't mind paying a few extra bucks for better quality adapters."

"The 12 volt pump works great. We use it to pump up and deflate our tube while in the boat. I am concerned about losing the adapters for the different size valves. I would prefer that they be attached to the pump or the cord in some fashion."

"I purchased this hand pump for the purpose of filling up my Creek Company U-Boat float tube. The pump is absolutely fabulous. It comes with all types of adapters for filling. It is designed well, and is a reasonable size. Best of all, it filled my float tube in 4 minutes and does the job without the noise associated with electric pumps. Regardless of price, this pump is awesome (and the price was under $20). A best buy!"

"A very nice pump, with several different adapters. Nice and compact, fits under my folding seats on the boat. Will easily convert from double action to single action. My wife and kids will usually pump it in single action mode, while I can pump it in double action mode, and get the job done quite a bit faster."

"Was hoping the 12V electric air pump would be quieter than the one it replaced, but it's quite loud. Fills our towable faster than the old one, so we don't have to endure the noise for such a long time."
