"The gloves are heavy duty and well made. Excellent stitching. The long guantlet allow me to reach into my smoker and pull the lower cooking grid out, without worrying about burning my forearms. I originally bought the cheap welders gloves and they are not worth the money. These gloves are first rate."

"I bought these gloves around 4 yrs ago - maybe more. I have a firepit outside - a large one - 8 feet from the centre in a ring. So you can easily step in and stoke the fire. I regularly step in and 'man handle' the logs with these gloves with no ill effects! So I bought some more - for use inside and camping!"

"I recently bought a new Chargriller that is half Gas / half charcoal. I love that grill. I use the chimney for starting the coals over the side burner specifically designed for that job. I still have to carry the coals over to the hand adjustable fire grate. That is a hot job for anyone. With these long gloves, my hands and arms are protected. Its nice having my arms un-singed now. Definitely would recommend these."
