"I really enjoyed using this sight. I used it on all my shotguns that have the silver ball for the factory sight. I used a Benelli last year that comes with the HiViz factory sight so I didnt need it when I used it on the Benelli and combined the two HiViz sights it actually threw my shot off. Now I'm shooting a Beretta and need the sight. Problem is my uncle borrowed mine last year at the end of duck season and he liked it so much that he never gave it back."

"The light pipes are great... but that's about the best part. The base is made of weak plastic and even though it has parts to hold the sight centered, the sight still moves side to side on the vent rib (housing should be built w/ aluminum). While the magnets are very strong, they are just not strong enough, the sight still slides down the length of the rib after shooting... If you buy this sight do yourself a favor and check its position on the gun every 5 minutes... or just do like I did, take it off and fill your limit."

Great product with poor execution,

"I really liked the site when it was on my Beretta. It helped keep my head in proper position and acquire targets more readily. The problem was that it kept falling off because the magnet was too weak. I'm going to look for one with a mechanical fastener that won't scratch my barrel."

"Bought this as per a friend who said it was a great concept. It was just that, a great concept but inferior product. On the recent opener I spent more time looking for it as it kept falling off due to a poor magnetic connection and holstering my shotgun in its soft case due to the conditions we hunt in in the San Francisco Bay.
I hear they make a mechanically connected one and thats were Im headed next. Good visibility when it was on there.

"Great sight to use when a person has multiple guns and needs a constant sight picture. This sight is functional with a wide selection of ribbed shotguns. Sight has interchangable colored light tubes to match the hunter/sport shooter desires. Highly recommend this sight for the person that wants to use one sight on multiple guns."

"sure its a good sight, bright and absorbs light well but no matter what i try i can't seem to keep the darn thing on my gun!!! the magnets are just too weak! it falls off on the first shot! i have been through 2 of these and do not plan on buying another"

"Item is great sight, yet not durable at all! I am a die hard waterfowler & especially geese and the sight broke the 1st morning that I used. Replaced it because I did like it and the 2nd one broke the very next time. Magnets are not strong enough and the fiber optic even broke. May work for sporting clays or open filed hunting, but not for any type of hunting where brush, swamps, etc. may be present."

"I used my new Hi-Viz sight for goose hunting. It fit my gun nicely, but was no where to be found one , YES 1, hour into the hunt. I do not know if it just popped off of my Super X3 or if it came off when walking through the swamp in the reeds. Very Disappointed."

"I tried one of these because a friend likes his. First time in the duck blind, it's fallen off and in the mud. Junk. It looked nice, but if you are watching the bead on the end of your barrel, and not focusing on the target with both eyes, you are missing out.
When a baseball player is at bat, does he focus on the bat or the ball?"

"This has got to be probably the very best sighting system for shotgunning that I have ever tried. But, the magnets do not hold it on your gun very well and if you bump a tree or even a little branch I guarantee you it will disappear. You can even glue it on and a little twig will twang the plastic sight into outer space never to be found again. Glue them both down to your gun and it will help a little, but they eventually break. It is like buying a diaper for your gun because you have to replace it all the time."
