"The plastic jacket on the bullets must melt in the barrel a little because the 2nd round is very hard to seat the last 4in ,so I had to punch the bore after every other shot.
Put your money toward a box of powerbelt bullets and buy the cleaning stuff seperate."

"this is a good kit so far the only thing that has bin wrong with it is that the brush that came with it is a little flimsy the super lube works good to keep my speed breach for my triumph easy to take out the starter handle will get the job done.I bought this just so i would know what i really need to do the job right thanks Ben"

"Directions are too generic for the actual kit. I bought this one sale and that should probably be the actual price of it. Has everything you need. Grease was helpful. Cheapest price of any kit I have found."

50 Cal Starter Kit a Great Deal at the Sale Price!,

"I received my starter kit in the Cabela's CVA Wolf package. Although I caught a sale on the rifle/kit combo, Cabela's is currently offering the starter kit as an even better standalone deal. The powder flask that shipped with my Cabela's kit did not function as received, due to some excess and untrimmed plastic flashing that blocked the valve and spout. The flask is a cheaply manufactured CVA unit, but it proved to be entirely adequate once I got it to work by reaming it out with a drill. I have a second identical CVA powder flask that did not have this problem so it may be an uncommon issue. I've used all the stuff in the kit but the sabots and it all works great. However, I would prefer to pay a bit more and get a few more tools and a howto video with the kit."

"This is a no brainer. Everything you need in one package to get you going. If you were to purchase all the items sperately it would cost you double. The only thing you need to purchase before you go shooting is your blackpowder of choice.
