"I have loaded original brass shells (pre WW II), with paper wads, and black powder, for over 25 years. For cowboy action shooting, they are a lot of fun. These new ones are as good as the originals, and if used in a double barrel, will practically never wear out. They look great in your belt too. (Needless to say, you do not throw them on the ground.) The 24 gauge shells can be reformed to make .577/450 Martini-Henry ammo. I wish the manufacture would make them available in 10 GAUGE!!!"

"Good quality, just wish they'd use shotgun primers instead of large pistol primers. CCI primers hard to seat, but Winchester better. Also, you must make a tool to decap, and prime."
