"This was bought for fun and to perpatrate some humor at the golf course. It works ok, but I think the wind speed is way off. The weather calls for 15-20 mile an hour winds and this only gets up to about 8 when I know it has to be blowing harder. It will go higher ,but still think it is off.It is still fun to play with."

"The wind gauge works well but the thermometer is very slow to adjust to changes in temperature. For example if it is in your truck and you take it outside, it takes a long time to adjust to the outside temperature. However, for a third to a fourth the price of other units I looked at it works pretty well."

"I climb radio towers part time and was needing an inexpensive anemometer to make sure that it was safe to climb. Since purchasing this item it has come in very handy. It is very easy to use, just turn it on and push the mode button to put it on wind speed and it gives you the wind speed. I am very impressed with this."
