"This ammo shoots well and relatively accurately in my FN FAL type rifle. A friend of mine with a single shot New England .308 gets lots of misfires with this ammo. It seems the primers are too hard to be set off with his firing pin although it has no problems with commercial brass ammo.

If you want cheap ammo and have a gun that works well with this, it is a pretty good deal. I suggest buying 20-40 for a trial before buying a large amount."

"don't buy this ammo, burns dirty, I have springfield socom II, always jamming and double feeds, never had this probelm with any other ammo, use ultramax or any of the higher quality ammo. Ultramax works great."

"was worried about some of the bad reviews on misfires and dirty powder. if your buying for long range accuracy, this is not the ammo. but for short range plinking and loads of fun, this is a good choice for the buyer on a budget (like me). i shoot this through a m1a, and have yet to have a misfire and cannot tell any difference in clean up time vs: other ammo i have ran through it. my chrono puts it around 2530 and it groups right at an moa or a little over. the speed and accuracy is why i gave it four stars. i reload my long range and hunting rounds, but sometimes i guy just wants to waste some ammo, have a great time doing it, and not think about the hours he spent loading and testing it. this is the choice for me."

"If you like to shoot, this stuff is for you. My 1919a4 will eat this stuff at 300 rounds per min. Went through two 200 round belts with no problems. Now just need to order more."

"2 rounds out of each box has misfired, so far. I bought a lot of this ammo, and I havent gone through all of it, but so far I havent had good luck with it.

I found that if I re-inserted the misfired rounds into the chamber and fired again, it would fire. I have not had any misfires with Remington ammo."

Best bang for the buck, May 4, 2009

"I shoot this through my PTR 91 and CETME. Although this ammo is dirty, the fluted breech is selfcleaning and ejects every time. I have had a few miss-fires but no more that with surplus ammo. The 91 and CETME damage the case so that it is almost impossible to reload. That makes this a really great deal. It is also very accurate. I get have to shoot commercial ammunition or reloads to get better groups. As the price of ammuntion continues to rise...this is the only real option if you shoot either of these rifles."

"I read all the reviews from people saying that this ammo is unreliable and never had a prob. with .223 but they got me on the .308 only two to three rounds per box fired."

"I *know* what you are going to say about the lacquer, but I've put hundreds of these rounds through my AR10 and I havent had a stovepipe, FTF, misfire or ejection issue. For the price, you can't beat this stuff for plinking. It flies straight and packs a punch. I clean my rifle every time I shoot and I've noticed no buildup or residue from this ammunition. I've shot Wolf in the AR and the SKS and it just works. If you want to buy American, that's fine. If you think this is low quality, it's really not. Of course, you always get what you pay for!"

"I bought this ammo thinking it is cheaper but probably would not be as good as the more expensive. I was wrong. Fired over 200 rounds through my Saiga .308 with deadly accuracy and without misfire or problems of any kind. HIGHLY recommended."

"I purchased 1000 rounds of this ammo for my Springfield M1A and was not disappointed with the results. I sighted it in at 100 yds. and all 3 of the shots were touching. It's a little dirty but it just gives me more time cleaning my baby."

"The ammo is good for Com-Bloc rifles such as AK variants and the likes. I dont recommend it for your American Made rifles until you've ran a couple thousand rounds through it first."

"Works great in my PTR91. Shoots around 1.5-2.0 moa. Lots of rounds downrange, no failures of any kind. Kind of dirty, but my PTR doesn't seem to mind. 4 stars because it is a dirty ammo."

"I just bought a 1,000 rounds and took them out to fire in my FNAR. What a joke out of a box of 20, 9 would not fire. the primers are bad, I tired to shot 100 round (5 boxes) and 45 rounds failed. I say stay away from this ammo. It would be advisable to pay a little more and be sure you have a round that fires."
