"bullet expands wonderfully! BUT, only penetrates 100-200 pages in phone book. American Eagle lead bullets penetrate 450-500 pages & expand just as much. good practice ammo though."

"I shoot the magtech rounds out of many of my guns from the 380 to the 44mag. they have a fair price and usually are available, even in 250 round boxes.
for those of us that shoot a lot, I like the fact that they are not smokey like the ultramax loads. they have a good even distribution of power each box shoots like the last box so you're not always having to adjust something.
do I like them yes will I buy more or recomend them to friends yes, I only wish they were a little more available. some times I have to order less than I would like due to shortages.
believe it or not I even shoot them out of my s&w 500, now theres a bullet for you, and my 454 casull seems to like them very well."

"MagTech ammo is a really good and dependable ammo. I've never had any misfires or duds. I use MagTech ammo for my .44 mag and my .357 mag. I've shot MANY rounds and the only problem I've had, is finding the ammo to buy! I use this ammo for every shooting need I have, taget shooting, hunting, and even home protection. GOOD STUFF and a GOOD PRICE!"

"I bought this because it was available while other ammo was scarce. It was even a little more expensive than my usual target ammo.
This stuff burns so nasty and dirty that my shooting booth and all of my gear were covered with residue after shooting only 50 rounds. The sad part is that I have 450 rounds left to use up.
If you do buy this ammo don't try using it at an indoor range. You'll likely be asked to leave before you use up 50 rounds.
Don't forget your eye protection, too!"

"Fired a couple hundred rounds at the range, clean and accurate. Grouped well, gun was still fairly clean Have fired some in the same price range and left my pistol very dirty. Never had a jamm."
