"Well, what can I say that hasn't already been said. This bait flat out works. Bass hit it on the fall, or you can twitch it and let it sit. They also hit it on the fly - slow and steady retrieve or slow trolling.
I caught the largest bass of my life a few weeks ago on this very bait (Watermelon Baby Brush Hog). A 13lb male! Needless to say, I'm a believer in the Zoom brush hogs. I have caught a lot on the standard Brush Hog as well.
I can't recommend this bait enough! Get some and find out for yourself!"

"i fished this lure at my Dad's pond and a local small lake and these have never let me down. At one point i caught a nice largemouth bass, the brush hog came off the hook. The next cast i casted another one out and i caught another bass with the old one in its mouth! These are my go to lure when things aren't going well. I rig them texas style with a 2/0 hook with a molded weight on the hook."

"i have about 10 bags of them in my plastics bag. i fish them in heavy cover, grass beds and basically brush hint the name brush hog. from small ponds to bayous to the canals of lake decade of south louisiana, they have been more succesful than, well nothing has come equally close to this"

"Excellent creature bait! Fished mainly WatermelonGlitter & pumpkinseed colors weighted with just a splitshot on points and weed edges.Caught numerous 3-4lb. bass . Wife took a 6lb. bass with the pumpkinseed. Also very effective swimming thru lilypads.Seems to work better after it gets torn up a bit.Another great Zoom product!"

"Zoom is the king of good baits at moderate prices. Cheaper than Yum and Yamamoto's they catch fish. The Baby Brush Hog is great or throwing on shore and giving a slow retrieve. It is durable or a plastic and is versatile as well. Good for flippin in heavy cover, or floating towrads the surface.. Good bait!"

"I first started using these in the spring, I had just bought a pack because they looked like they where gonna catch a fish. Later I then got invited to a friends lake house for the weekend. I started using another type of creature bait for about an hour.....didn't get even a nibble. After a couple of foolish tries with other types of baits, I thought it was time to pull out the baby brush hogs (watermelon red). The fish were taking them like CRAZY!!! Every couple of casts, I was reeling in another 2 pound bass, SERIOUSLY!!!! This bait never lets me down, I never leave to go fishing without at least 2 packs of these. GOOD LUCK ON CATCHING YOUR NEXT TROPHY BASS!!!!"

"I use these to go back through an area after I used a worm with no success. If the fish are there and you get it to them they will take the brush hogs. Pumpkin, watermelon, watermelon seed are the best in my area. Stock up with these baits and you won't be sorry. I use them w/o weight and the slow fall seems to get the attention of even the most lethargic bass"

"friend was using these in the watermellon/red color. I was using Regular Brush Hogs. MY friend caught tons and tons of bass. I didn't even get a hit. Drove home bought 5 packs of the same color. I used them, and we had to have to caught 30 lbs of bass in 1hr, and that's only me, and these are two pounders. My other friend is totallly against soft plastics. He barely caught 2 1lb bass. we go out and just hammer em with this bait. another positive is that they hold up great. I kinda secretley stole one of his used ones from him, keep this in mind that these are soft plastics, and I caught 10 bass before it became to torn to use. these are my favorite baits."

"I love these baits. I prefer Watermelon Red. Works great for big lakes as well as small ponds. It also works well with strip cuts. I strongly suggest to pull the bottom part of the arm off the body. with the free movement arms i have had a lot more fish hit. FISH LOVE THESE."

"Was on the lake while a cold front was moving in on us. Everywhere we had caught fish before was not producing. We moved to a totally different spot.
