"This package of lures gives you a great selection of different colors in 4 different designs. It does come with some jig heads, but none are painted. Could do some improvement with the jig heads but as far as the plastics go I would highly recommend them. They are already putting fish crappies and big gills in the freezer!"

"There are a ton of various jigs contained within the kit - denoted by the title - 648 pieces - this is what makes the product truly worthwhile.
A strong quality of the kit is the variety of colors that make up each type of jig. The kit contains tube jigs, mini-shads as well as tail jigs. On a recent fishing trip, I experienced good success with the mini-shads and am looking forward to using them again.
I do think the kit could be improved upon in a number of ways however...
1. The mini-shads could be constructed of a heavier ply plastic as they shred easily.
2. The tails could be replaced with a different style jig - preferably, more mini-shad or tubes.
3. There needs to be more jig heads - there are only about thirty jig heads in the entire kit - not nearly enough, as I have already had to buy more after a month of fishing with them.
Overall - good attempt at meeting the needs of a panfishing trip, but it is not the best compilation of jigs I have utilized."

"I have used tubes before, and these work very well while crappie fishing. The only setback is that I was white bass fishing, and I was using beetle bodies, we caught two crappie, but then i pulled up a 15 inch bass, and the hooks bent so bad they became unusable. Otherwise, the colors are great, and the kit works great, too!"

"I ice fish about 3 days a week most weeks, maybe 35 to 40 days per season and wanted a bulk buy in plastics at a good price. Bought this and split it with my son which provided more plastic bodies each then we probabily really need at a good cost since I got it in the Bargin Cave. Plastics are small to medium in size which is what I tend to like if I need to jig up fish that aren't on an aggressive bite. Quality of the plastic bodies is really pretty good and the color and shape selections are well thought out. 10 - 12 inch crappies don't immediately rip them up like I've had happen with some other plastics I've bought. Only reason I rated 4 and not 5 is because the lead jig heads included are very basic and limited in number and selection. Not an issue if you are buying kit to get the plastics at a very good price but you should realize that you need to augment the jig heads for some additional hook size and color if you'd been thinking this was going to be the end-all, be-all for your plastics. Well worth the money."

"This crappie kit is a great starter kit. The only thing I would recommend is purchasing a bunch of extra 1/32 jig heads to go along with it. The tails will outlast the jigs for a very very long time. I you lose a tail, you typically lose the jig as well, and there are only a few jigs included in this kit."

"I used all the things in here and havn't had much luck. The small twistertails work good and some of the other things work good also. Not much of a suprize to me but color was a major factor. The clear and sparkles ones do not work at all!!!"
