"I used the size 4 VMC Sure Set hooks on my J-11 Rap's all summer. I was really pleased with their sharpness, hooking power and durability. That one over-sized hook on each of the two trebles hooked quite a few fish, maybe the ones that would have gotten away. Red seemed to provoke more strikes than the ordinary black. I'm already replacing the stock hooks on next year's lures with "Sure Sets". One possible shortcoming......you're going to hook a few more stumps with these babies, so be prepared to lose a few more lures than last year."
