"These rain-gear pants are very comfortable and durable. They also double as a layer of clothing, offering additional warmth. They held up nicely against sage bushes and rough going. They also fit easily over boots. I'm pleased with these pants."

Great pants,

"I purchased a pair for my son and I on our way to a hunting trip in Wyoming this fall. It was a last minute purchase two days be fore the season started. My son did not have pants to wear and we were looking at some cold temps and possibly some snow. What we got was incredibly cold weather, single digits and a foot of snow. The pants were worn over just a pair of jeans or sweat pants. He stayed dry and warm for two weeks. They worked flawlessly and they were a great deal! Thanks Cabela's for another great product."

"I was disappointed, perhaps I was expecting the same Herter's quality of old. Noisy fabric & elastic wasitband are 2 drawbacks that make these pants fit for camp but not hunting."

"These pants worked okay but later I found one that had a zipper and pockets with flaps to protect from rain. These pants were comfortable to wear but had a tendency to slide down when walking."

"I can speak to nothing but fit, since I returned these pants be cause they were so ill fitting. There was room for me and the dog inside and the inseams were for someone of at least
the heighth of Micheal Jordan. Since I ordered 2x Regular
I can only assume they were refering to anyone of regular size in the NBA."

These pants Stink!!!,

"These pants are horable. I liner in them twists inside the leg so you can't get your foot through the hole. They are loud. I brought these to elk camp this year and couldnt wear them beacuse they are to loud and the liner got twisted around my leg so it was like a cast. I would never recomend this to anyone. Now i have had them to long to take back so i am stuck with a pair of rain pants I cant use. If there was a negitive star that would be where these belong."

Good rain protection,

"I like these rain pants, but would prefer that they have a way to cinch up the waist. The only problem I have with them is the ever so slight issue of the waist rolling over and down on me. I am a bit overweight and that is the cause. It would be nice to have a tie cord around the waist on these. That is the only reason I rated them at four stars. If you are not overweight, they would come in at a five star rating."

"I bought these pants and matching jacket for my first ever hunt in December 2007. I was not dissappointed in the rain proof performance of this series of rain gear. The only thing I can suggest to improve these pants is to add a drawstring on the waist and add pockets or have some access to the pockets of the jeans you wear underneath them. The sample picture should be changed because there is no drawstring around the waist on them."
