"These things weight a ton, but are worth every cent. My wife made some cornbread in one of the pans...killer. I made my wife's year with this stuff. Sounds terrible, I know, but she loves it. Pre-seasoned, wash it and use it. Took 2 skillets on a camping trip this past weekend, and she used them both with perfect results. Worth every penny for what you get. If you like cast iron, this is the way to go."

"As cast iron starter sets go, this set appears to be a good value. I would advise anyone purcahsing this "pre-seasoned" set to season the hardware a couple of times before use. We have used the whole set and it appears to be fine."

"After using the !0" skillet every day since it arrived I am very impressed with the quality as I have not had food stick to it yet. I use oil to cook with and clean it with a kitchen brush daily and re-oil it while still warm."
