"i was worried about the price but after one trip i was very happy with the purchace. i was able to grasp lively fish no problem and was never once cut with sharp gill plates or stuck with a fin. cant say much on there longevity. but they seem to look like they ar well made."

"Only used it for cleaning and shucking oysters so far... Very nice. Very comfortable. Excellent protection. The Large/X-Large is not really that large -- may be a little too small for you if you have really big hands."

"I fish primarily from a kayak in New England for stripers. Three times this year I hooked myself in the hand while trying to wrestle big fish into the 'yak. Once, badly enough I had to cut open my thumb to release the hook, with a fish on the other treble. Enough was enough. I now dutifully wear my Linday fishing glove to protect my hand from troublesome trebles while landing bigger fish. It really works well to protect your hand from razor sharp hooks."

"This glove works great! I would have given it a five but the glove gets very slimy after handeling fish. This pass summer I took a trip to Canada and this worked great, it didn't tear, shred, or fade. Like I said it gets slimy and isn't easy to clean> Good Fishing, be safe and go Packers."

"Great Product!!! Was in Canada Fishing and used these gloves on Samon, Halibut, Rock Fish, Sea Bass, Lingcod, Red Snapper, and some other kinds of fish that had some serious fins. We never got stuck one time when using the gloves. Don't buy these if you are wanting something that is waterproof and warm because that is not what they provide but they are the ultimate in protection. They are a little rough on the inside but a small sacrifice for the protection they provide."

"I have used the Lindy gloves in handling barracuda, and a few other different species fish, in the Persian Gulf. Have also used them doing a few chores and things around the boat. They are flexible enough for me, fit great, and still allow me to 'feel, what I am doing when I am gripping something. To me, they are a great product."

"We absolutely love these gloves for their extreme flexible and low price. The protection they provide from the teeth and gill rakers of large muskies is simply awesome. Normally we use the glove for the Leach Lake muskie lock. However, to demonstrate how effective they really are, we grabbed 4 muskies between 50 and 54" by the lower jaw like a bass for the "Outdoor Passion" television show. If you want to see the glove in action, the show will air sometime during the winter of 07-08. Highly recommend!"

"These gloves are just what a fisherman needs. They are perfect because the fish don't slip out of your hands when you are trying to remove hooks and the spiny ray fish don't cut your hands because the spines can't penetrate the material. They are also good when you are fileting fish. They stick to the fish like glue."

"The Lindy Fish Handling Gloves have kept my hands free of gashes made by teeth while handling and cleaning Salmon and Steelhead. When the skin is broken while handling big fish it always becomes very sore and the possibility of infection is high."
