"THESE SEATS ARE VERY COMFORTABLE AND DURABLE. THE MAIN PROBLEM I HAVE WITH THESE SEATS IS THE FACT THAT THEY START TO SUN FADE VERY QUICKELY. MY SEATS ARE UNDER COVER EXCEPT WHEN THE BOAT IS IN USE AND AFTER ABOUT 6 TIMES OUT ON THE LAKE YOU CAN NOTICE A DISTINCT DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE TOPS OF THE SEATS TO THE UNDERSIDE OR WHERE THE SUN DOSEN'T HIT AS MUCH. EASILY A 5 STAR PRODUCT IF NOT FOR THIS ISSUE."

"Installed five of these in my 1860 Jon boat. Three I placed on springfield pedestals so I could move around for my duck hunting and fishing. So far have worked well very comfortable."

"the seats are of great quality, but unless you have a really big fishing boat these seats are way too big. they took up so much room that i am going to return them for a smaller set. my boat is a G3 1860 and it was even too big for it. REALLY nice seat other than the size."

"i really like the big man's seat. being 6'2" 300 pounds the seat is comfortable but could be a little softer cushion wise. its good to have more on the seat than off. seems constructed very well."

"These seats are well built, sturdy, and have great workmanship on all the seams. The material is heavy and of good quality, the hard parts are some kind of synthetic plastic so it won't rote like wood. They have holes in the bottom that are already threaded so they installed very easily."

"The camo angler big man seats are great! Their high backs and wide seats give added comfort to big guys like myself. For me that means more time on the water. They also seem to be made really well with heavy duty frames and hardware and the camo pattern matched my other accessories well. I would recommend these sets for anyone who spends much time sitting in a boat, their extra large size really makes a difference."

"I agree with the other reviewers that the seat is very comfortable and it is great to have a "big man" seat. However, it has become unacceptable for my duck boat due to the green colors changing to reddish browns in the sunlight. The fading/discoloration started almost as soon as the seat was exposed to the sun. They really stick out as unacceptable colors compared to the rest of my boat's camo. I like the seat but hope Cabela's will find a UV resistant fabric."

"While considering the re covering of some seats on a golf cart we use around camp, I thought, why not use a seat like the ones in the boats.
Hence I went shopping letting my fingers do the walking in Cabela's website.
The seats chosen, Cabela's Camo Angler Big man seat was just the ticket for what was needed.
Installation was simple once we figured out how to adapt to the golfcart.
I would recomend this avenue over any re coviering project."

"I spend between 500-600 hours a year in my boat seat, my wife says I spend more time in that seat then my recliner.
Being a Big man, 6', 235# I wanted something that would not only fit me for 10 or more hours a day, but give me the comfort you need to stay that extra two hours trolling for salmon, or duck hunting. This seat has fulfilled those needs, in fact it is wider than I am. At first the foam seamed a bit hard, but after a few minutes it forms itself to you giving you hours of comfort. For the big guy this is a must."

"Purched on of these last March, it is now August and it has faded out so bad ( turnrd a pinkish color) I took it out of the boat. I would not recommend this for a boat that will be used to hunt waterfowl."

"The seat was mounted properly on the rear bench of a Jon boat. The seat bent backwards while leaning back to lift the motor. The back of the seat and the bottom brackets bent causing the problem. I am dis-satisfied with the product.
