Stowmaster Net,May 5, 2009
By Mako221from Valdosta, GA
"I bought the trout/redfish size. It is plenty big enough for either. Have landed a 28" redfish with no problem. Net seems to be well made and works as advertised. Only objection is the price. Very pricey."

...best landing net ever!,May 28, 2008
By RickF53from Boston
"After having tried many nets, this one is by far the best. For durability, managability, storage, and most importantly, landing fish, it can't be beat. I'm confident that this will be the last landing net I'll ever have to purchase."

great design!,March 25, 2008
By dhphillipsfrom Topsail Island, NC
"I was tired of driving down the road with my landing net stuck in one of my rod holders, flopping in the wind. I also wanted a rubber coated net to keep the hooks free from tangles. This net solved both problems! When it unfolds it locks into the open position and will not collapse! I keep it in one of my front storage lockers on the boat. I purchased the smaller net, and trust me it is plenty big for Speckled Trout and Redfish. As a matter of fact, it's a lot bigger than i expected. I fish often and I highly recomend this net to any saltwater angler. With all the problems it solves, it is definitely worth the extra money!"

Folding Net,October 9, 2007
By Crosbyfrom Seattle, WA
"Extremely well made and packable. Since I don't often fish from a boat I wanted a net that was easy to carry. When fishing the salmon runs on local rivers this net slips right into my fishing vest pocket [large pocket across the back]. I can hike in to my spot [s] no hassles. It has allowed me to land more fish this seasion. The small size net works well for salmon and helped me land a #15 Coho. Very well made and not harmful to the fish due to knotless design. Worth the extra price."

Stowmaster Landing Net,August 29, 2007
By NYBightfrom NY NY
"I've been looking for a good rugged saltwater landing net for some time and decided to try the Stowmaster. It met all of my expectations. It works great, folds up small and so far, has held up well. It's expensive, but well worth it."

Great Landing Net,August 7, 2007
By mikebehtfrom Atlantic City New Jersey
"This net stows very easily and if just as easy to open. I do a lot of bay/near shore fishing by myself and this net not only allows me to land 'keepers' as we say but the hooks on a top/bottom rig do not get caught up in the net itself. Anyone doing saltwater fishing should have this net."

Perfect for my boat,May 31, 2007
By Stubbleduckfrom Lakewood, Colorado
"First, I want to thank Bryon (sp) at the Kearney store for bring this net to my attention after I explained the size of my boat (small 16' with consol). He showed me the stowmaster nets and explained the benefits and strengths of the net.
The Kearney store only carried the brass but did show me the stainless steel structured net in the catolog. The stainless was blue and matched the boat, plus it was stainless. Thanks Bryon!
Since owning the next I've landed several nice big fish including a pike over 40inchs and a few 5-8lb walleyes along with one 15lb catfish.
I highly recomend this net regardless of boat size. Basically you get what you pay for."
