Bead-Head Zug Bug Nymph

This searching pattern works well in both rivers and lakes. Its peacock herl body reflects light and has an iridescent appearance. The bead head works to help sink the fly and adds a bit of attractive flash. Imitates a range of nymphs. Per 3. Sizes: 12, 14, 16.

"I had great success with this fly in different sizes this past two weeks in the middle of summer in N.E. Pa. The trout seem to love this emerger and the are eating it with all thier might. I ended up losing all of the ones I had with me due to fish and light tippet combined with trees. I tried all the standard beads head fly's and they only took this emerger. I am placing another order as I write this review; that is how many fish I caught on this fly. I won't be on the stream without this fly in the summer time in Pa."
