"I recently purchased the 20 x 30 Cabela's Party Pavilion for use at a handfull of annual family/friend gatherings. Taking chances on the weather never gets easier. The tent was delivered within a week, all parts included. I gathered four friends to make light work of the set up. In 30 minutes we were up and running. We took the liberty of improving the exterior stakes and supplimented 3/4 inch by 3 ft. lenghts of re-bar. This was a smart move, in that a front stalled and brought us 15-20 knots of steady breeze, with gusts up to 25 knots, for two days with rain off and on. The tent survived almost perfectly with the added re/bar stakes. ONE NOTE: We opened each end of the tent screens to allow the wind to pass easily. Our only error was not opening ALL the screens - once they are wet they provided much more resistence than we predicted. The only damage were a few small tears where the screens are staked. Again fold them up in heavy air. Buy it, use it, enjoy it."

"We would highly recommend this tent to anyone. It was very easy to set up. We had three guys for set up but it could have easily been done with two. The side screens are user friendly and the entire appearance of the pavillion is beautiful. We got numerous compliments on the tent during our party. We are also very satisfied with the delivery of the tent. It was on our door step within four days of ordering. The best part of the tent was that it all fit back in the original bag after take down. Great for storage!"

"the tent looks good needs 2 people to put up and takes about 40 minutes. break down needs only 1 person takes about 20 minutes. One bad thing you can not set it up on concrete surface which was one of my intensions, but thats my problem now. I may be able to make some adjustments with some pipes to make it free standing."

"I purchased the 20x30 canopy after several experiences renting frame type canopies in the past for party type activities at my residence. The tent arrived several days earlier than predicted thanks to Cabelas' excellent service. The canopy came packaged in a nice larger bag with rollers with two smaller bags within holding the aluminum poles, bases and stakes. The printed instructions allowed me to set up the canopy in about 20 minutes with one assistant with only slight challenge from a light breeze. The canopy was set up for three days and experienced some stiff breezes (I live in the Columbia River Gorge) without pulling a stake. The canopy could be repackaged into the bag with ease. I was concerned that the white material would pick up stains easily but I have avioded it thus far. Excellent value when compared to similar canopies."

"I have looked into many tents, for the cost this tent is worth it. The bug screens are great added feature. the materal is not as heavy as some other tents but there cost is more than double the price. this tent is great for any party you will have, I would recommend that you not not leave it up for a long time, I do not know how it would hold up in heavy rain and wind."

"Bought 2 of these for a summer church BBQ -they arrived sooner than expected, 4-days. set-up was very straigt forward. 4-people had them both up in less than an hour. they stood overnight in about a 15 mph wind,-no- problem. take down was very easy , both down and packed in less than 30 min. Materials are of good quality, stakes are nice and heavy. I think next time will be even easier. top material is light enough to let plenty of light through. don,t know how effective they would be in rain."

"This tent is great, amazing for the size and price. The setup, easy, less than 20 minutes from the time of unpacking. The tent comes with a nice storage unit bag with wheels. Everyone at our event loved it.. wanted to know where we got it and wanted to borrow it. The only suggestion is, if you purchase this tent for hard surface you need to purchase canopy feet that has a wider base and can be screwed to the surface for support, cabelas sells this item seprately. The anchor cables are very long and good material. This tent is great, you cant go wrong for the size and price."

"The 20 x 40 Cabela's Party Pavillion was perfect for our party. We had 6 round 8 persons tables and two long tables for the food under this tent. We hung up patio lights and party lanterns for at night. It was great, during the day we were out of the bright sun and at night we put the nets down to keep the bugs out and turned the lights on. It was awesome, only problem, now some friends want to borrow it!"

"We used this canopy last weekend. It was so quick and easy to put up and take down. The screens worked out great since we have a ton of mosquitos this time of year. "We used the party tent for the first time this past weekend. It worked out great. Set up and tear down was very easy. Suggestions: directions could be more descriptive. In some case it took some time to decipher what was written on paper to what need to physically happen. Product Quality: the tent and poles appear to be of good quality. The tent bag, pole bag and stake bag are sub-standard. The bag show be made of heavier material becase they will incurr a lot of use and stress due to packing and unpacking. The pole bag already had a tear in it when we first unpacked it, prior to even using it for the first time. Ches: 06/30/2008."

"We had a party for thirty five people and it was comformtable. I had my two stepsons put it up and take it down and the were both easy tasks. "I was looking for an affordable tent to use for backyard parties, and I was thumbing through the Cabela's catalog at work, and saw their party pavilion, it was perfect for my needs, size was good and water proof, in the discription it seemed like just what I was looking for. When I recieved the tent I was surprised how nice it was, upon our first setup it was amazing the poles are kept together with a chain and bungy cord making it quick and easy to assemble and the straps are attached to the tent so there is no untangleing or hunting to find them, and once up the screens can be rolled up or left down, because of all the zippered access points. Several people ask me where we puchased it and have been asking to use it for their events. Thank You,"

"After receiving my pavillion we set it up just to make sure all of the parts were there. Everything came in very organized packing and looked great! The assembly was very easy, it was practically preassembled. I did have one pole that came a little bent at the end, but rather than returning it my father was able to fit it. The poles come with chains inside to hold them together so you can just pop them out to full extension. This was a great feature that added to the easy assembly. One pole however had a broken chain inside when first opening. Again, not a major set back we just placed the poles together ourselves. We got the tent fully assembled and it looked absolutely beautiful. My fiancee and I bought the tent to use for our wedding shower and rehearsal dinner. I can already invision the white light and flower baskets hanging from the tent. I know it will be very elegant. Taking it down was easy too! We just rolled up our net side panels, took down the poles, and rolled it all back up again. The stakes come in their own little bag. The poles go in a different white bag, then you roll those up inside the canopy. Then it all actually fits back in the nice portable case that it came with. So often you buy products like this and can never get it to fit back in the package or storage case with out hassel. This pavillion is different. It truly is easy and looks great!"
