"Don't expect them to last real long, but the price was fair. I bought 2 to have more support for the ribs on the smoker as I will use them on St. Louis cut ribs. For baby backs, one would be fine."

"This rack holds 4 half racks of pork ribs and works great. I use it in the top section of my Cabela's vertical water smoker. It supports and balances the weight nicely. Having the ribs raised and angled allows the smoke to penetrate all surfaces nicely. Although I have not cooked anything but ribs with this, it looks like it would work great for chicken halves as well. I recommend this product wholeheartedly."

"Nice materials used to cook ribs in the smoker. The material are tough and will not bendso easy. The cleaning was very easy i put them in the dish washer and since they are metal racks, they are a s good as new. Storing the racks is very easy because they stack evenly on top of each other. While stacked away two racks look like if only one rack was out, i do recommed this product and I plan on used them to smoke stuff green bell pepers too. Nice high dollar item! top pf the line! the best!!"

"Well, I have not had a chance to use these yet ( I bought 2 racks) but have no doubt they will work great. Very sturdy construction. Cant wait for ribs to go on sale so I can fire up the old smoker!"

"This is great for small ribs such as baby back or St. Louis style ribs. We had regular spare ribs and it took along time to get them done they were so big. I will use it again because it saved alot of space on the grill."

"These rib racks are the best I've seen. Sturdy, stable, and roomy. They're a bit too pretty and shiney when you first take them out of the box, but once you cure them with a little lard, they "ugly up real good." A great product for the value. Turkey and Chicken racks,

"The turkey rack produced a superior bird. The legs, being upright, were in a hotter zone so smoked a little faster than the breast, which is what I prefer. All juices drain through the cavity. I think that the juices produced by the fattier legs and thighs passed through the breast on the way to the water pan resulting in a moister breast. The chicken racks allowed me to use my barbeque to roast 2 chickens with no flareups and not much attendance. Get 2 7" clay saucers from a garden center and line with foil. Center a chicken mounted on a rack on each saucer and put on the grill set on low (400-450). You're done in 1: 15 + or -. The saucers collect the fat."
