Small Motor Carrier,

"This was advertised to handle up to 90 lbs. I put my 9.8hp 4-stroke on it, and it won't stand up-wants to tip backwards. I have to strap it to the wall to keep it standing up.
Additionally I had to re-bend some of the bars to get it together. All-in-all, not very happy with it, and not very functional."

"I purchased the 130lb model for my 20 horse Honda 4 stroke, works as advertised, the hardwares light duty and the handles that guide the stand around are very wide and awkward to use but after all assembled it's fairly sturdy. I'd buy it again."

"The motor carrier was easy to put together and does an excellent job transporting my motor. I use it to store the motor as well. The carrier is sturdy enough that there is no flexing or side to side motion while transporting. This is very well made. I am buying another one for my 15 HP four stroke."

"The 130 pound motor carrier is just right for my 5 hp Tohatsu. You might think that this carrier is way to big but it allows me to use it with large trash can underneath in the Spring to start my motor and do maintenance before I get to the lake(s). Also it works for storage in the warm weather months in my garage. In Winter, my motor is downstairs in the basement, unfortunately, the carrier is to large to get down my basement stairs. But, I am happy with it and it is easy to put together if you take your time."

"I bought the 135 lb model for a 10 horse power motor.I thought it would be better to go to a little more heavy duty model. It is excellent.The motor is very secure on the carrier and is easily moved around my garage.It is built with very sturdy material and has good solid fasteners.Definitly would recommend to a friend."

Unhappy with Carrier,

"I purchased the 85 lb carrier for my 9.9 hp engine and I would definitely NOT recommend it to my worst enemy. First, it was difficult to assemble. Second, every time I would load my engine, the carrier would fall down and I would have to prop it up. Finally, the carrier broke due to the weight of my engine.
I will try a larger version next time."

"I bought this carrier for my 25hp motor. The carrier once assembled works great, however, assembly of this product was not so easy. The holes didn't line up so well and the bolts wouldn't go through very easily. Many of the bolts had to actually be forced through with a hammer which messed up some of the threads. Once assembled the product was very sturdy and wheels around my motor very well. I would deffinetly recomend this to anyone, but would just forewarn them about the assembly process."

"Website shows a Nissan 15 on the 130 lb cart. This is the one to get even if you have a smaller engine. The $10 difference in price between the 85 lb and the 130 lb cart is negligible and the construction is 10x sturdier.
I have a 9.9 Yami that weighs 100lb and the cart handles it easily.
Typical 'Tab A' into 'Slot B' instructions. Everything was there. Lay everything out, READ the directions. Went together in half hour. I put washers on both sides of the wheels, rolls much easier. Well made, powder finish, good product."

"I am pleased with the Outboard Motor Carrier that I purchased from Cabela's. My order arrived sooner than I expected with no shipping problems. All the parts were in order and no parts were missing. The instructions were clear and I had the carrier assembled in less that 30 minutes. This carrier now is storing my 8 hp. Johnson motor and fuel tank off of the floor and I can move it arround in my garage where ever my wife tells me to place it."
