"My disatisfaction with the product is not the fault of Cabelas. I received excellent service from your people. I am disatisfied with the product that is not compatible with my unit. I have a pet safe, ordered a sport dog add a collar and it is not compatible, despite the fact the companies are part of one."

"I purchased the SD 400 & 400s and an add-on collar for two dogs in April 2007 from Cabelas. I was a little disappointed when my husband unplugged both the transmitter and the collars before a full 24-hour charge was complete. None the less they have served their purpose. It has been a great investment. One of my dogs needed a lot of correction (being too friendly and running up to complete strangers even to the point where the dog would probably go home with them). The collar has been amazing and she is so much better to take walking. When I call her to "come/here" she obeys. Now I don't have to worry about her going in the road, or meeting someone who does not particularly like dogs or running off. My greatest satisfaction comes from the customer service provided by Radio Systems Corp. I contacted them two times and both times they were very friendly and got to the root of my problems. The first time I really didn't have the collars programed correctly. The second time the transmitter wasn't sending a signal to the collars. These people are very patient and knowledgeable about their products. I mentioned that the numbers on the dial were wearing off and that I had to mark it with nail polish so I would have a reference point. After 30-40 minutes the representative said my transmitter was no longer working. I was sent a new transmitter, with etched numbers on the dial (no more fading numbers), and all that was required of me was to return the original transmitter in the prepaid box. Great service!! Great product. I have shown this collar and transmitter to other people who have problems controlling their dogs. I hope they are as satisfied with Radio Systems' customer care and their product as much as I am."
