"I think the cover need two tye downs on the front end. I know when we roll the cover up we for get which is the front and which is the back. If you could find a way to mark it there wouldn't be any question which goes where. I like the way the tye downs are put on this cover. Thank you"

"I bought this cover based on the catalog picture of a tight fitting elastic cover tall enough to fit over the folded down bimini top. I have a Tracker Bass Buggy 18'. The 17'-19' cover does not cover the boat as shown all the way down under the deck where the elastic would do any good. It is not wide enough if you have a bimini top. It doesn't come with any tie down straps either. The transom flap does not fit the boat tight. The quality of the material is very good, but it doesn't do any good if the cover doesn't fit. I have a problem with neighborhood cats sleeping in my boat so I need a tight fitting cover. This one doesn't work for me."

"The price is right, the cover fit well before I started my trip to the lake. Half the D rings ripped off on the ride to the lake and I had to stop and tie the ropes through the loops the D rings had been in. Then the elastic untied in the back and the whole cover was flapping badly. If the boat and cover were not still at the lake, I would return it. Cabela's has always been good on guarantees."

Nice cover. Semi-custom fit maybe not trailerable,April 23, 2007

"I Purchased this cover for my 2000 Sun Tracker Fishin' barge 21. This was the only cover I found that claimed to be trailerable.
The 18-foot deck on my Fishin' Barge puts it on the short side of the size range, so I have some extra material to flap in the wind, and I can get get a pretty giant air buble in the cover at highway speeds.
It is unclear to me why they don't include the nifty strap system as on the other Trail Tuff covers. The 100' of tie-down rope was slightly insufficient, so I had to purchase some more.
The cover really needs two more tie-down points on the front, to enable better front-to-back tension on the cover.
It looks nice, repels water very well, and dries quickly. I've only had it for a week and pulled it 150 highway miles, so it's too early to tell about long-term durability, but so-far, so-good.
Bottom line: This may be the best you can expect from a semi-custom fit, and the price is great.
