"Really enjoy the roasted peppers but would prefer one with different size holes so I could use both smaller and larger peppers. For larger peppers, I use alligator clips to hold two or more together which keeps them from falling over. For smaller peppers I use tooth picks through the peppers to support them."

"I like the idea of being able to use it on the grill or in the oven.
We have used it in the oven and worked well. The peppers have to be pretty big to use and fit in right"

"The pepper roaster works good as long as you have the right size jalapenos. Otherwise they shrink when they cook and fall through the roaster, and sometime through the grill. Different size holes would possibly make the roaster work better."

"I purchased the 48 pepper roaster and the corer with birthday money. It was the best present I got this year! I agree with the other reviews that the corer is a necessity, and it's a great bargain too! Just be extra careful since it is sharp; I cut through several peppers until I got the hang of it. Especially with the curved peppers this requires several steps in removing the core. I took the advice of the other reviewers and purchased jalapenos that tended toward the smaller size. I would recommend sticking with medium to medium-large size peppers; they fit better, they're easier to core, and they hold more stuffing. Only the very large peppers didn't fit in the roaster holes. I cooked the peppers on my smoker, not on the grill. This allows the peppers and stuffing to cook evenly and the taste is out of this world! I can't wait until summer when my garden starts producing enough jalapenos to smoke a batch every weekend."

"First try, worked OK, but do not buy large or extra large peppers - they don't fit the holes. Also must be sure to keep from direct heat, so I don't know how much is gained over just splitting the peppers, stuffing and grilling. Looks like a great idea though - I'll be trying again with smaller peppers."
