Mapping trophy whitetails,October 8, 2009
By huntithardfrom Grafton wi
"I found this book very informative about whitetail hunting. I did not find it excellent in reading topo maps. I would have liked more information about map reading and a little less story telling. I would still recomend this book for any whitetail hunter who does not use maps to hunt. Its a great starter book. Topo reading along with satelite images help me hunt public land without spending a great amount of time scouting in the field. I can key in specific points and scout them or just hang a stand and have had great success doing so."

Right on the money with the title,July 9, 2007

"I thought the book was highly informative, and enjoyed every minute of the read. The pictures help greatly with the explanation of the information. If there was one book that I`d read over and over again, it would be this book. It comes nothing short of telling how to get your buck of a lifetime. I can`t say enough positive things about this book. If you don`t buy it, then you are seriously missing out."

"I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS BOOK TO ANYONE WHO HUNTS LARGE TRACTS OF LAND. GOOD POINTS ON COMBINING GPS AND TOPO MAPS FOR STAND LOCATIONS. EVEN IF YOU CAN READ A TOPO, THIS BOOK WILL MAKE YOU LOOK AT AND UNDERSTAND MAPPING ALOT BETTER."
