"I have actually had a Leartherman Blast for the past two years and bought another one as a back-up. I carry it with me every day to work, hunting, fishing, or where ever I go. The locking tools are a great feature over the original Leatherman. As with any Leatherman, if something breaks, you can send it in and they give you a new one. I highly recommend this tool to anyone."

"I bought the Leatherman Blast for my father as a Christmas gift. I own the Wave. Both have a lot of features, are built well and fit nicely in your hand. "I purchased this Leatherman to replace a Schrade mulit-tool that I had lost. I use it on the farm as well as for hunting expeditions. It is a good quality tool and has performed to expectations. The sheath is a little stiff but will probably soften up with time. I would prefer a cordura type sheath with velcro closure. I liked my Schrade better but this Leatherman has been a very capable substitute."

"I have always wanted a leatherman but always ended up buying cheap brands. Then bought one of these and was amazed at the quality difrence. Will never go back to cheap ones. A few years back I went fishing with a friend and let him use it to take the hook out of a fish who swalowed the hook, and he droped it in the lake. but I have boughten a new one and still have it in great condition after 4 years.

"This is a well made multi-tool that I carried to Africa and on an elk hunt in the Rockies. The tools are right for most fishing/ shooting tasks that come up in the bush. I prefer a non-serrated knife blade as featured on this model. The saw and scissors are very useful also."
