"At first, I wasnt sure about spending too much money on a pair of binoculars without seeing them first hand but after they arrived I was very pleased. **Great field test**
Last weekend a few of us were scouting for elk and deer when we spotted a few heards about 1000 yards out.
My buddies who started to complain about the clairty of their binos were having problems making heads or tales... As for the Bushnells I had a great view and lend them out for the others to use once I was done observing a couple of huge bucks!
Wow what a differnece between my Bushnell and the others. These Binoculars out perform and produced clarity above and beyond the two other sets that where being used in the group. I can honestly say it felt great to own a quality product that proved itself in the field and didnt break the bank!! The other guys wanted to return their binoculars after trying these out.I was very pleased and think you get what you pay for...the bino's for $20-$30 will only make it more diffcult to scout with or wildlife watching."

"I purchased these binoculars for a trip to Yellowstone. They work great for 2 kids since no focusing is needed. The image is clear and they worked great. No eye cups and the eye relief was very minimal is the only shortfall."

Good but not great,

"The Bushnell Perma Focus Binoculars have treated me well over the years. I have been using these binos for about four years now and have been satisfied with them for their price. I tend to hunt pretty hard and my gear gets pretty abused every year. The durability of this product has been great. I hunt the rainy Oregon coast and these binoculars have only started to fog up recently, maybe its time to get a new pair. There are a few things that i dislike about the binoculars the first being the perma focus mechanism. Sometimes the left eye lens isn't in focus and that can really bug a guy because there is no way to change it. The lens quality isn't great but I guess you get what you pay for. These binoculars have spotted many animals over the years but if I had a chance to do it again I would have saved a little more money up and splurged for a better pair of glasses."

"This item is great to give as a gift or to keep for yourself. I got this for my dad who does a lot of scouting for geese. No focus ever needed.... SERIOUSLY. Just put them up to your eyes and you can almost see the bands on the geese :)"

"We wanted a quality pair of binoculars to use from our home to view the wildlife in our extensive backyard. Not only are these binoculars easy to use, the clarity is amazing. We are seeing wildlife that we didn't even know we had on our property. The binoculars are on the larger side, but since we are not hiking with them, this is not an issue for us. Definitely recommend these binoculars to anyone who is looking for quality."

"They work great for one hand operation. You just look and their clear at any yardage. They work good in low light conditions as well. I like the no need for adjusting everytime you look at something else closer or farther away.They save you a lot of time in the field,when with other binoculars you would have missed it because of adjusting time."

"We owned a PermaFocus binoc before Bushnell bought out that company and absolutely loved it. We fought over who got to use it when deerhunting. However even the best one won't hold up to being run over by a pickup.
To replace that binoc we bought the Bushnell PermaFocus. Oh my it has been great! My husband is now stuck with a small manual focus and I get my new PermaFocus! I have had no trouble whatsoever with these. Granted that it has only been a short time of using these but I'd recommend these to anyone.
When hunting last season I didn't miss the small manual-focus binoc that I'd taken for a few years. I didn't have to waste time focusing when taking a quick look around and that was the difference between making a decision to aim/shoot and not getting the gun up in time."

"Have not had extensive use of this product. But what I have experienced is better than advertised. My wife has viewed thru these binoculars as well as myself, and have not experienced any poor focus problems. The binocular does not work below 25 yards, but fortunately I can see that far clearly with out there aid. Very satisfied with my experience with this product."

"These binoculars do as their name implies. Perma focus no eyepiece or distance adjustment period. even if you wear glasses they work great. You can easily use one hand to see distances and they are always in focus. If anything they need to improve on would be to make them water and fog proof. I've owned a pair for six years and have no problem to report even with fogging or water. I'm just careful not to take them quickly between temperature extremes."
