"I had to send this jacket back. it runs small so if you order order like 2x your size. this jacket also ran short, it came up above my waist and did not fit well at all."

"Overall its a good coat for medium temps. It help you stay pretty warm but doesn't have a hood which would help cut down on the wind. On a frosty day it is a good coat to layer underneather your bibs. The price was great as well."

"Very warm jacket for mild to somewhat cold weather. Water just beaded off and didn't soak in. Only down side is they don't make it in a 2XL Long. It does have a tendency to ride up around the chest when wearing a ruck sack, other than that minor problem, I would buy another one when this one wears out."

"Have been looking for a replacement for a light Herter's Waterfowl Jacket I bought about 16 years ago and wore out. If anything, this jacket is proving to be even better. It's lightweight, quiet, and has just enough insulation for 90% of the hunting we do up here in ND. if there are any left in the Bargain Cave, grab one or two now!"

"I love this jacket! It is lightweight, not too warm, not too cool, it is just right! I also love that there is no noise when you move around like other jackets. The new pattern, Mossy Oak Shadow Grass, on this jacket is also a wonderful camoflauge type pattern. Cabela's has outdone themselves again!"

"I purchased the Cabela's Insulated Hunter's Jacket because I was in desperate need for a camo jacket that wasn't overly expensive. I was very pleased with my purchase. The jacket is not too heavy, but very warm. Also, the jacket isn't too long, so it works very well while wearing waders. I feel very mobile with this jacket on; it is not bulky at all. The camo on the jacket is very nice, and the inside is warm and comfortable. The pockets are perfect for warming hands up. I am very satisfied in this jacket. I really got more than I bargained for. I would recomend this extremely versitle jacket to anyone, not just waterfowlers."

jacket is very light weight for the amount of cold weather protection
provided. I am especially pleased with the fit and the camo pattern
match with my waterfowl area. The material produces little sound when
slipping through the light brush in the field."

"I bought this coat this year becuase the woman of the house said i needed to cut down on my spending. This coat is very warm. I have been out in muddy wet fields in the rain and i have not gotten wet. do to this coat. There are a few things i would change if i made the coat. I would make the coat a weee bit longer i don't like a coat that rides up on the back side when u are shooting or bending over. also i would put zippers on the pockets the pockets are nice and roomy but i noticed that my shells and calls tend to fall out every now and then. other than those two things this coat is a great buy for many reasons warmth being the biggest issue and also the price if u are looking for a good coat that is warm and cheap this is the coat for you."
