"Great boots for what I need. Walking around a concrete warehouse of 700,000 square feet, for 8 hours a day, and it still feels like I am wearing slippers with spring soles on at the end. One month now and still like new. Only down side was customs in England getting their slice at £20, but still worth it. Best safety shoes I have had in my 21 years of needing them."

"I have wore steel toed shoe for 25 years, what i normally bought was a good shoe, but, they were so cotton-pickin heavy to carry around all day. these are a joy to wear, they wear well. its my second pair, i got two years wear out of the first pair. I know some things i have read, ,complained about getting there feet wet in them . maybe you need a pair of waders. also i weigh 285 so i know how important a good pair of shoes are . they are as good as any I have"

"2nd pair of these that I have had. Wore 1st pair three years and went looking for another pair of safety shoes. Found out that these were still available and bought them. They have my size in stock, 15 Wide. Light shoe, keeps feet warm in cold weather but not hot in summer. Has a replaceable insole liner.

"My husband works on his feet, on cement for 10 hours a day. We chose these boots because work requires the comp. toe, but also for the other features. What we forgot to notice was that he really needs extra thick padding to protect his feet from the natural draining power of cement. Initially, these boots felt great. After a few full 10 hr. days on his feet, he needs extra foot padding."

"These boots are a great work item. They're very lightweight and yet rugged. They're comfortable to walk in for hours; my usual work day is 10 hours plus. The break-in time is less than for normal boots, yet the tongue may be a little to thick which is about the only thing I'd suggest changing. Hopefully, Converse will continue to manufacture this model of work boot as this is my second pair and I wouldn't hesitate to by a third when the time comes."
