"We have a lock and key range, so we go quite frequently, and we were looking for a way to save on disposable hearing protection for us and friends who may come along. This was a great deal compared to others we had seen. The ear plugs are good, my only complaint is the texture is not as squishy and smooth as other brands that you can buy in small quantities. However, these get the job done, and are cheap, and I am not thinking about them after I get them in. Overall, a good buy for us."

"These ear plugs are extremely comfortable and reduce the gun noise dramatically - at least as well as the muffs I have used regularly. Moreover, you can hear normal sounds when the plugs are in place - a big advantage over regular muffs. You can wear them in the field and not miss any sounds but also not kill your hearing if you shoot without muffs. Really nice little item and well worth the price."

"I read years ago that disposable ear plugs should only be used once for sanitary reasons and I believe this to be true. This product does what it is supposed to do and the packageing makes it easy to store and distribute in range bags, shooting vests etc."

"This product is an industry standard. I have used it in both the shooting and work environment for decades. I always make sure to have some tucked away in every convenient place; you never know when you are going to need them.
It takes a little bit of time for the plugs to expand and form to the ear canal for full protection; however some protection is immediately provided until expansion has been completed. In winter weather, I recommend covering the ears with a wool cap after inserting the plugs (this helps keep them warm) until they have had a chance to settle into place.
I have used these ear plugs for extended periods of time (6-8 hours) with relative comfort. For health reasons, make sure your hands are clean before preparing the ear plug for use. Ear infection can occur if contaminated ear plugs are being used. I strongly recommend using the plugs only once because every time you re-use them you increase your chances of an ear infection."
