"I went to the range with an buddy that has an omega without the Sims recoil pad and what a difference. I shot all day 50 rounds or so and felt great he had a big old bruise on his arm. Well worth the investment."

"I ordered one of these pads along with the gun. I had such good results using a Sims recoil pad on my 300 WM that i ordered it right away for my muzzle loader. I do not know how much kick it took out of the gun since I never shot it without the pad but I do know that the gun hardly has any kick to it and is very comfortable to shoot all day long. It fit great and was easy to install. Thanks for the great product!"

"I purchased one of these recoil pads for my TC Muzzleloader. I was really suprised at how much it supresses the felt recoil. I let my 13 year old grandson try it and he asked me to buy one for his muzzleloader. I was sceptecal at first but figured if it didn't work as advertised I would just send it back to Cabela's. Well as I said I purchased another one for my grandson. It took less than 10 mins to remove the stock pad and install this one."

"I installed this Sims recoil pad on my Omega laminated stock and found it very soft and supple. I had no issues installing it and the fit is ok. It could stand to be ground down a little to make a perfect fit though, if the fit was a tad closer to exact, it would have a 5 star rating."

"I've been shooting a lot of rounds from my Omega using three pellets of Triple 7 and a 295gr bullet, and boy was my shoulder taking a beating. I installed the Sims Recoil Pad and went out and in the course of an afternoon fired over twenty rounds. WHAT A DIFFERENCE!!!!!!!!!!!!! Sure I was a little sore but no black and blue tattoo. I've gotta get one of these for my 7mm Rem Mag!!!"

"I went to the range with my new Omega muzzleloader this summer to sight the new gun/scope in after about 10 shots with 150 grains of powder I was done. My shoulder hurt and was bruised for several days. I was looking through the Cablea's catalog and saw the Sims recoil pad having used some of their product on my bow I figured why not give it a try. All I have to say is WOW this thing really works I finished sighting the gun in and played with powder loads and bullet combinations for 2 straight days at the range shooting over 50 times and had little to no pain and no bruising on my shoulder. I plan on purchasing one for my shotgun and one for my rifle."
