"The best shells that money can buy. Tremendous range and penetration. I use these for geese that will not finish, they stay just on the fringe of good range. Good clean kills. The only draw-back is the price."

"The Kent Tungsten-Matrix sheels are great for waterfowl! Big difference in range, knock down power and over all effectiveness compared to steel shot. But why in the world are they so darn expensive??? I'm sure tungsten is a more costly component but I find it hard to beleive it is that much."

"I use these shells in my 20ga Benelli Cordoba with Improved Modified choke. Awesome performance!! They will knock down ducks as far out as you can hit them. I just wish they were a little less expensive."

Pattern Density, Fast, Deadly & Safe,

"Kents Tungsten Matrix ammunition has consistently demonstrated outstanding performance in regard to pattern density, excellent terminal velocity at generally accepted distances, clean kills on both Turkey & Waterfowl and Safe to shoot in my fixed choke game guns. I cannot ask for better all-around, in-field performance from a non-toxic , non-lead game load.
Examples: 5 Mature toms with 5 shells at distances between 17 and 58 yards. No need to jump up and run after the shot. Greater Canada's at 35 -45 yards. No chasing to end the recovery. 32 # 5 pellets in a standard turkey sighting target (i.e., head and neck only) from 12 GA 2 3/4" 1 1/4 oz at 55 lasered yards! So tell me why every major retailer refuses to stock this load on a consistent basis??!! Hate to see it go."

Impact your waterfowl hunting,

"The shells are great. I've used them on the eastern shore of Virginia and the central gulf coast. Wether its high flying geese or pass shooting on wooducks, they're is no comparison to steel. I remember the good ole days of lead when you can reach out and touch'em. We'll it's back with Kent Tungsten. They are a little high on the price but you will be the one knockin down the birds."

Tungsten for old guns,

"I bought Tungsten Matrix due to the shortage of Bismuth. I use several older guns and can't shoot steel thru them. Tungsten really knocked down (and killed) the birds, many at 60+ yards. The only unfortunate thing is the price tag, when Bismuth comes back I'll probably go with the less expensive solution since they are both great products."

"I used 12ga, 3", 1 5/8, #1 in a Beretta
side by side on geese this last weekend.
I have used lead, Hevi-Shot, steel to
shoot geese and I thought that Kent Tungsten Matrix
had the best performance by far of anything I ever used.
45-50 yard shots were no problem."

"I was dove hunting and then we started seeing geese fly over so i go and get my trusty winchester sx2 and i had a full box of the 3 1/2 inchers in #1 shot and so i loaded them up and i shot the first one at a flock of doves and when i was calling geese a duck flew across and my buddy said dont shoot its to far out but i shot once and at 75+ yards this duck folded up and dived another 50 into the side of a hill. I would recomend this to anyone who likes hunting waterfowl!"
