Light weight,
December 3, 2009
By RobbieK
from SC
|
"As many of the reviews have stated, the material is rather thin. It is some what easy to tear, but it is also extremely light weight. Its a trade off between weight and durability.
The die cuts are cleanly cut, and offer some contrast.
If you want a light wieght blind material, this is it. If you want something tuff, that will stand up to multiple seasons of abuse, this is not it. Not a "one size fits all" type of product, but still a good product in my opinion."

NOT FOR TRAVEL!!!,
November 25, 2009
By chadsbrowndog
from Newaygo, MI

"Purchased this material at beginning of this years duck season, and it already needs to be replaced (tares very easily). I do not recommend this product for the pop up boat blinds, it is not made for travel, or hunting in brushy areas. I will be going back to the cabela's grass for next year."

Nice pattern. on the outside,
September 20, 2009
By Wldthing

"The outside camo is a great color and pattern but the back is nearly white, so make sure you don't need it in any applicaion where the birds can see the back. Material is very light. Not sure how it will hold up but worth a shot."

EZ Blind!!!,
September 10, 2009
By gardonyi
from White Salmon, Washington
|
"This is a great cloth. I set it up, gave the deer a few days to get used to it, and sat behind it while deer passed within 15 feet and didn't spook. It rained for three days straight and the cloth hung in there, even with high winds!!! The pattern is great and the die cut pattern allows the wind to pass through easier rather than becoming a camo kite."

Avery die-cit blind material,
February 9, 2009
By DESTINMAN
|
"I used the individual lengths of material to staple on a wooden blind to help hide it. They are really great for "upgrading" the camo on existing blinds or stands but they can be a nightmare of tangles if you are not careful."

Good stuff,
December 2, 2008
By bonker81
from Deep River, CT
|
"I used this material to make a 10' duck blind and 20' canoe cover. The pattern and coloring are good and the material is easy to work with. The fabric is pretty durable but does tear if your buddies 40lbs lab goes charging through your blind. Overall it was well worth the money. I will be buying more."

Good but Not Great,
October 21, 2008
By bamaduck
from Alabama
|
"Good stuff but with a few drawbacks. Used on a boat bought midseason by throwing over PVC pipe. The first time had problems with the sun. If the sun is behind you it will cause crazy shadows and nothing will come near you. The hung prairie grass and it blended in great but after several hunts the blind material started to tear where grass was hung. It would be better suited for a permanent blind. It didn't show any wear or mildew problems from getting wet repeatedly and if it was used with some oerhead cover it would be perfect."

Max 4 Material,
January 16, 2008
By Slaminator
from Northwest
|
"Weak strength overall, assumed it was better from the product description. The cut out pattern created the weakness but it did help in creating total cover. It is not sufficient fr using alone. Needs other materials added to create complete system. Also, I think the material should be 8 feet wide for covering half a boat."

For a Boat Blind,
November 15, 2007
By Jard
from GA/West KY
|
"The material is very thin and especially in the Die-cut leaf areas will rip and tear very easily. I got the MOBU and was hoping for the old pattern and I got the new one (not there fault). Overall the material looks very good on my boat and I think it blends very well. I am just afraid that after a year of hard hunting, this material is going to ripped to shreds. I guess thats what they made zip ties for."

Avery Blind Material,
October 30, 2007
By HuntNDive
from California
|
"I used this to make a custom cover for my kayak. The shadowgrass pattern blends well w/ the areas I hunt. The material was easy to work with and is fairly durable. I have used the same cover for 3 seasons in an enviornment where it gets soaked repeatedly and caught on brush. I could probably get a 4th or even 5th season out of it but the material is inexpensive enough to make a new one every few years. Good product, thanks again to Cabela's."

Avery 30' Die-Cut Camo Bllind Material,
October 15, 2007
By photoduck
from Kankakee, IL
|
"My husband and I used this product on the duck blind we just built. We have a blind on the river and thought this would be a great product to cover it with. It looks great as long as we get to wack some ducks and geese we will both be very happy. I want to thank Cabelas for finally building a store in Illinois we can't wait to go check it out. I actually just started hunting with my husband last year. I went on my first goose hunt this past January and got my quota of two geese by noon that day. I am now hooked on waterfowling. Im also a photographer so once im done shooting and I can still have a blast shooting with my Nikon. :))) Photoduck"
