"Seen these socks on a recent trip to a Cabelas store. Didnt buy them at the time. Got home and overheard a hunting buddy talking about them. He said they were "great socks." That did it for me. I ordered them the next day from cabelas.com. Once I received the socks I realized my hunting buddy lied to me. These are not "great socks"....these are "AWESOME SOCKS." Best socks I own and I was so impressed, the next time I visited a Cabelas store, I bought 4 more pair! I even wear them as everyday socks, not just hunting socks. Thumbs up, or in this case TOES UP!"

"I take mass transit to work. These socks look professional and comfortably fit inside dress shoes. My feet no longer freeze while waiting for the bus. They also regulate temperature well enough to prevent my feet from being too hot once in the office. They have survived several washings without shrinking or losing elasticity. Finally, they fit my wide feet very well. They are worth the extra money."

"Smart Wool socks are a smart buy. Because wool fibers are hollow these socks keep my feet warm even when damp. And, wool doesn't retain odors as much as other fabrics. To top off the advantages, wool is rated low in causing blisters -- important to hunters and hikers."
