"I have used them to hike and work in the snow, mud, roof tops, and even clock several miles a day indoors at work. They have exceeded my expectations keeping my feet happy, sprained ankle stable along with problematic knee caps, and back going strong. I have even traded my everyday work boots in for these and that says something since most $100+ work boots I have tried cause me too much pain... I like them so much I bought my son a pair and myself a 2nd pair as being a horseman and a building engineer in a hospital it is not too often I find something that meets my standards. Cons are just like any tool it has limitations. When the standing water or mud gets up above a few inches I have to go for my galoshes and with summer coming they are getting a little warm."

"I used the boots for a solid weekend of Ice Fishing recently in Michigan, and the weather was warm so the snow on top of the ice was melting, but my feet stayed hot and dry throughout the whole day. I am certain that had it been cold one of the days it wouldn't have mattered at all because the boots seem to be of great quality. One thing I can recommend is spikes if you will be on slick ice, because the morning after the big melt it was hard to get around on the lake because the ice was so slick. But overall a great pair of boots, I don't think that you could find a better pair for the money, and I would recommend these boots to anyone and already have done so."

"These boots are toasty, almost too much. They are perfect for those cold days when you are not on the move. Problem is Colorado hasn't had a cold winter so I haven't used them but once...it was -5 with a stiff wind and my feet were not cold at all."

"Love the boots, however when I ordered a pair in my size they were extremely tight. I returned them through the mail (which is expensive and time consuming) to exchange them for another pair one size bigger. They arrived and they are still pretty snug. I would suggest to you, Cabela's, to put a message in your catelog to boot buyers to order two sizes bigger than your normal show size. I wish I had."

"I have been fairly pleased with these boots. They were on sale and so were fairly well priced. I have poor circulation in my feet but they have kept my feet warm on most mornings. As others have said, I would recommend wearing a different pair of shoes to the woods and back from the woods, while driving. I can mash both gas and brake because they are so wide! They hold up well in water and in cold. I know you all are thinking....you live in FL; it can't be cold there. I have had them out in 16 degree weather and 28.8 weather this past Saturday morning (Jay, FL) and they have held up very well. I would recommend them overall. They have had very little break in necessary."

"I was liooking for a pair of boots that are warm and not too bulky. I read several reviews and ordered these boots based on the reviews. Indeed you need to wear them with bulky socks and I bought size 9 for my typical 8 1/2 boot size. With a bulky sock these boots fit well. I use them to work in the snow and with an average Jnauary temperature here in Vermont of 16F they have performed well. My feet are warm and comfortable with properly sized dry socks."

"I have been wearing these boots in -20 to-30 degree weather and have yet to get cold feet. They did require some breakin. I did order them about 1 1/2 sizes larger than my regular shoe size as recommended and for heavier socks. I think this is normal for a pac boot. Didn't have any problem with them being too narrow and usually wear EE. Very satisfied."

"While these boots were waterproof, they lacked tremendously in keeping my feet warm. They were fine during first use, but after the third weekend of hunting (when they were broken in), my feet were numb after about a half hour in 20 degree weather. Also, the shoelaces broke after that third weekend on both boots and I don't even tie my shoes tight! I would love to say these are great boots, but they are NOT and I would spend my money on another product if I were you."

"My husband bought these boots and he has very wide feet so we were skeptical. We bought them 1 size larger than his regular shoes and he LOVES them. He could not be happier...there was no break in time, he has worn them regularly since he got them. They keep his feet warm and we recently got about 8 inches of snow so he really got a chance to test them. He wears wool socks in them and he has enough room for comfort but not so much that his feet are sliding around, they came in a timely manner and we are both VERY pleased with the low price for such a high quality item. We are never diappointed by Cabelas!! We are buying a pair for my dad for Father's Day in fact. The best suggestion we have is to get them 1 size up from your regular boots!"
