"I wore my new Women's Kangaroo Featherlite Boots around the house for a couple of days before going hunting with no problems. I then went hunting for a week and wore the wrong socks. They caused blisters on my heels, My fault. I will try again with properly fitting socks next time."

"I found the fit perfect--ordered my regular shoe size. Flexed the boots by hand until very soft. Wore pheasant hunting for the first time. They were very comfortable and sturdy. Fell in a hole and did not even twist my ankle. No blisters, no rub spots, nothing but satisfaction."

"My husband ordered my first pair of featherlights as a gift. I work outside, in all sorts of weather and over all types of terrain, I never have to change my boots. I have worked in them every day for 2 years with no "break-in" period required. I am ordering my second pair because I have worn the soles on my first pair smooth. LOVE my boots. "I loved the boots! I kept telling myself that they fit. It was so close! I wear a 9 and ordered a 9.5 for my winter sox since I work outside. I had to wear thin nylon sox to get them to fit and finally had to admit they didn't. I loved them and wore them but my feet had the final say. I am going to get them again in 10."

These run small in my opinion,July 25, 2008

"I usually wear a size 10. But just to be on the safe side with socks, I ordered a size 11. Even so, the seam up the back rubbed a blister on both ankles in a very short time. They felt short. However, they are light and good for varied terrain including beach, mud roads, gravel and rocks, and rainforest floor. And not too hot in a tropical climate."

"The quality is very good and the price is reasonable. My only complaint is that you do not offer narrower widths. The boot is not as comfortable for me as it could be if I could get the boot in an A width. The B width allows for rubbing and, therefore, blisters if I do much walking in them."

"Boots are a little stiff and not true to size, a little large and required insole. Lightest boot I have ever worn. Very comfortable and a joy on the feet. You can definitely go longer and farther while wearing this boot."

"I loved the bots, but I could not get them small enough around the heel. They are the best for women. They are light, not heavy and are very well made. The first size was miss marked and far toooo big. The second pair was still to big in the heel.....no matter how think the socks, I could not get the boot to fit right. Maybe the style of boot should be offered in a 6" boot also. I would loved to have kept these boots, but I just had to return them. I also feel that the boots should not state "order shoe size" Not true in my case. Again, far to big. I had to do a loop with friends because I live in CA. Ca says we can't have them shipped here so I had to send them to a friend first, then he sent them on to me from a different state. That was the only way I could get them....what a shame. I have other proudcts of Cabela's and I will keep buying from them.....They have WONDERFUL SERVICE !!!!"
