"I work on my feet all day and find that the New Balance 811 shoe is a good shoe to wear. I have worn New Balance shoes to work in since the late 90's & prefer the 811 model of them all. I usually buy 2 pair at a time and alternate days in them so that 2 pair will last close to 1 year. These 2 pairs make the 5th & 6th pair I have purchased over the past few years. I purchase from Cabela's because that is where I get the best price."

"I have worn New Balance walking shoes for women for the last 4 - 6 years. We travel very much and I have had 3 surgeries on my back. I have found that these shoes are the most comfortable to wear. They have supported my feet, which of course support my back. We have traverse many difference type of terrain. If anything at the end of the day it is not my feet that are sore and tired, it is the rest of my body. I would recommend New Balance Shoes to anyone to try and see how they would like. Do not buy the cheap one you see the mall stores. Go to a decent store and I am not pushing Cabelas, but that is where I buy my shoes. They are one of the few stores that I can order by catalog. I do suggest if you order by catalog, that you get you foot measure before ordering.

"I wear new balance all the time at work and home in my pool. I have 845 to shop in but i wear 811 to worrk in. I am on my feet for 12 hours 3 days a week. I would not wear any thing else."

"These shoes appear to be of excellent quality. I have never worn any before. The reason I bought this item is because you discontinued your Cabela's women's Techni-stride walking shoes. I prefer your walking shoe and am disappointed you are no longer offering it. It was the only style shoe I wore for twenty years."

"I got these to wear during my practicum. I am 69 years old and weigh 178 pounds on a 5'6" frame, so my feet, ankles, knees and hips deserve a break. I am so happy to be able to wear shoes that give me softness beneath my feet instead of always having to wear the typical 'teacher shoe.'"
