Outfitter socks medium weight,

"Great socks bought 3 last year in 2008. I have a size 14 wide foot got the xtra large in 2008. They are good well made socks-good to about 25 degrees (with non thermal shoeswear)the only thing I recommend is whatever your shoe size buy it 1 size larger, reason is after 25 or so washing these socks feel like they have shrunk some and feel tight but they still work great. In 2009 I bought the 2xlarge size and they feel much better. I am sending the ones I bought in 2008 to my son, he has a smaller foot and not afraid to say that they have held up and are in great shape."

"These socks are extremely comfortable and kept my feet dry and warm. Wearing these in combination with my Cabela's Alaskan Hunter boots makes for comfortable walking while covering a lot of country. Definitely give these 5 stars."

"These socks feel comfortable and smooth but, like many longer socks, they bunch at my ankles. These socks fall in an intermediate length that isn't long enough to reach above my calf muscle and are too tight to encompass that same muscle."

"I purchased three pairs of the medium weight outfitter socks after a friend recommended them. The socks fit good and are very comfortable. They don't seem to be warmer than any other winter socks I own. I like the tall height because the socks don't slide down inside my boots. All in all a good buy, they seem to be well buit and I expect them to last a long time."
