"I am currently getting a 2nd shirt and wanted to give some feedback. This shirt has been my first choice for about 2 years now and is a real favorite of mine. It layers well, is quiet and very comfortable.
Recently, while packing for a WY elk hunt I realized just how well I like this shirt. IT was the 1 shirt that I had to have (thus time for a 2nd). While on the trip it got soaked from sweat during the morning climbing at 10k feet. Well, I just hung it up for a few hours by the fire to dry and wore it that afternoon to take a 5x5. A cotton shirt would not have been dry in the same time and may not have been wearable. This is a wrinkle free, light weight standby for me. You'll not regret the purchase!!"

"I bought this shirt due to the great reviews it gets and I wasn't disappointed. Recently wore it elk hunting in Colo. and as an outer, quiet layer it was great. The few burrs that tried to stick to it were easily flicked off, the cloth is quiet and warm. While I usually wear tall shirts, the regular was fine....though I did buy it one size larger, specifically so it would fit over a base and insulating layer.
Great shirt, I'll buy another!"

"I've been using micro tex for years and have been very happy with it. This is the lighter weight stuff that I decided to try for a warm September hunt. It performed great with the exception to the note below.
I only gave the shirt 2 stars because of quality control - both buttons on one sleeve came off in the the washing machine on the first wash - I sewed one back on and went hunting. Several other buttons are losing thread too. Otherwise 5 stars. Check the buttons!!!"

"I bought 2 pair of matching microtex shirts and pants for a Colorado October elk hunt. The morning temperatures were in the high teens and mid 20's with the afternoons in the low 40's. These pieces of clothing worked excellent! They were comfortable to be in all day (in fact, I wore the same pair for 4 days and they never started to smell). They helped keep me warm when I only had them and a base layer on. When I had to hike up steep hills all day, I noticed the inside of my light coat was wet with sweat, but, these clothes were totally dry, they wicked off the moisture perfectly. The one complaint I had on initial purchase was the crotch was REALLY low. I have never seen pants cut like this. But, I pulled them up high and cinched my belt tight and was good to go. They also protected me rather well from the slapping tree branches when on horseback. Finally, when quarting up my bull, the kneees of the pants didn't stain with blood too bad at all, can't even tell really. Soft, quiet, warm, quick drying, and durable. Done deal."

"Great shirt I would recommend this shirt to any one that hunts had in all types of weather."
"I bought 2 of these shirts based on reading other guys comments. I was not let down and they are very warm and wind proof. I just returned from using them both on a Sheep hunt in northern B.C. and I am very pleased with the way they fit and kept me warm and dry. I wore a silk undershirt with them and on a lot of days that is all I had on during moderate temps. I found them very warm in sunny weather with no need for an under shirt."

"I like the material and construction of the shirt. However the sizing is poor. I normally wear an xl in all my shirts (including Cabelas brand) but this shirt fits like a medium. Sleeves are 3 inches too short and the shirt won't button. I'll be returning it for a refund."

"The fit of this shirt is really nice, I really like the microtex material, it lives up to it's billing. The outfitter camo is a bit of a problem though, not only does it not match the picture, it doesn't match any of my other outfitter camo, the green is much, much darker. I still like the shirt, but can't give it a full rating with the off color."
