"I bought this product when I also bought the scent-lok top and bottoms to keep myself as scent free as possible while giving coyote hunting a try. This product keeps you scent free all day and keeps you warm too. Give this headcover a try when you want to be as scent free as possible. The only downside (and this was minor) is that there is extra material that hangs down toward your nose and when you wear glasses like I do it tends to get into your line of sight. I just pushed it up a bit and it was fine while sitting still."

"This headcover is soft, comfortable and not too hot. It folds up small enough to easily put in your pocket when not wearing it. Really liked it. The previous version was stiffer and not as comfortable. It worked well too. I was very close to elk many times without them smelling me."

"only problem I've found is the material is almost too thick and tends to hindering hearing. just switched from the old style mesh mask and I've been kind of spoiled with really being able to hear deer approach."

"I bought the black color to wear in my new double bull blind. Tried it on tonight and found that the eye opening went almost up into my ears and up into my hair. I have a large head and thought this would not be a problem, but will have to return product."

"Just a few things to say:
Good: The product is very comfortable... and is made with some awesome patterns. I had purchased mine with the Realtree AP.
Bad: Only thing that I do not like is the opening for the eyes is very large... I mean large enough that it can wrap around from ear to ear. I would like to see the same product with a smaller eye opening."

"It was too universal of a size. The opening is cut to far up the sides, revealing too much of the sides of your face. They should make it in sizes."

"This headcover said one size fits most. I wanted a tight fitting headcover with Scent-Lok for early season bowhunting. This headcover was made to fit Bigfoot's head. I put the headcover on and it stuck out several inches from my face and just engulfed my head. I sent back immediately."

"The Cabelas base layer is the best yet.You can use it with or without other scentloc.It gives you that added protection that you need.I like the black,so I can use it inside my blind and not be seen.I would recomend this product to everyone!"

"I have two of these covers, one in black and one in green. The black one is for ground blinds; the green is for tree stands. They are very comfortable and really work to reduce scent. Another advantage is it keeps the critters from crawling in your ears. This cover is a definite must for any serious hunter."
