"On one of the boots where the leather meets the rubber there is a gap. Not enough adhesive was used, so the leather separated from the rubber. Expected better ..."

Quality at Last,

"Ihave stayed away from this type of boot for a long time because they never seem to provide a comfortable and stable footbed. This boot has changed my view providing the comfort of a traditional style boot and a solid foundation to wear almost anywhere except church on Sunday Morning. It provides both the comfort and warmth outdoors that I needed in a variety of activities."

"Nice looking, decent construction externally. Internal heel mold is too deep. Gave me a blister. Warm, waterproof, low ankle support.Would not recommend the boot if you have to walk on any slopes for a prolonged time."

"Many years ago when I was a small child, I had a pair of these boots. I wore them everywhere. Sometimes I wished for rain. Sounds morbid and stupid but now that I think on it it maybe not. I recently bought a pair of 6 inch lace up boots, and they are exactly as I had remembered them. Oh, by the way I live in Canada, EH.I lwould definitely refer these boots to all of my friends."

"I bought a pair of these last year for bobcat and coyote hunting. They work very well for me as our winter weather sometimes gets -25 below zero for a few days at a time. I like the excellent traction soles. I'm going to buy a second pair. Slip ons. I would highly recommend these boats."

"I recently bought a pair of Extreme Boots to go on a pheasant hunting trip to South Dakota. They are durable and held up well, kept me dry, were light. I bought the boots to preserve my good elk hunting boots. The price was low. I changed out the shoe laces because the lace that the boot came with was too stiff. I put a more forgiving lace on and thr boot is perfect."

"Overall, a nice boot. Model #83-0504. Comfortable too, except that the thinsulate stops right at my ankle bones (talus). The thinsulate stops where the leather upper begins. Unfortunately, that's where my ankle bone is located. My ankles rub on the top of the thinsulate making these boots unbearable after a few minutes. If Cabelas cut out an area of the thinsulate to accomodate for the ankle bone (talus), I would definitely NOT have returned these boots."
