Comfortable boots for a specific purpose,

"I bought these boots for hiking in the tropics in a region that has slippery clay. The rubber bottom section seems perfect for the task. Leather boots just don't work in this area. I have rubber wellingtons for when it is pouring with rain, but they are too heavy and too hot for mountain climbing. These boots should be just the trick after the rain, when the trails are just a slippery, clinging glue. Will give a full review after the treking."

"I truly enjoy my boots. They are easy to pull on and comfortable. I thought they might be to heavy to walk through fields with but actually found them to be pretty lightweight and comfortable after a 6 hour hunt. They do their job!"

"I am a Federal Meat Inspector and stand on a slaughter floor 8 to 12 hours a day. These boots have worked very well so far in keeping my feet dry and comfertable. I have recomended them to other inspectors and some foremen at the plant I work at."

"One of the boots had a very uncomfortable heel. It felt almost as if there was a rock embedded in the area that made contact with the area just below the achelies tendon. I returned them but liked them otherwise."

"overall i am very happy with the product, i have used them 4 times now and my feet have been very dry and comfortable.
the only thing that i was unhappy about was when i opened the box and took the boots out the complete upper leather was covered in green mold, it cleaned up easy enough but i would expect better from a company such as Cabella's. someone should have at least looked at the product before shipping."
