We took our best-selling Professional Outdoor footwear and enhanced it with a new aggressive outsole for
claw-like traction. We also added a lightweight EVA midsole and polyurethane footbed to these 10" lace-
up boots for the added cushion you need to stay on the move all day. And just like the original POF's, they
have a rubber shell in the lower portion that's impervious to water and full-grain leather uppers that
provide added support. Height: 10". Men's whole sizes: 7-13.

Good Boot,October 25, 2009
By skprairiedogfrom Saskatchewan, Canada
"This is my second pair of these boots and I would never go back to a regular rubber boot again. They take a little to get broke in but once they are their really comfortable."

"BOOTS NEED TO COME IN A NARROW WITDH. SEAM WHERE RUBBER FOOT AND LEATHER UPPER JOIN COULD BE SMOOTHER. THIS SEAM IS VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. BOOTS ALSO NEED A STEEL OR FIBERGLASS SHANK FOR SUPPORT."

super boot and great value!,January 23, 2008
By George2008from Alton, Maine
"I bought these boots for the October grouse season and the early November deer season in Maine. Like any good boot they did need a break-in period. After wearing the boots a couple times they loosened and broke in nicely. When it got colder the uninsulated boots worked great for still hunting with a good pair of wicking socks. It is now January and I wear the boots every day that I am off work. There is no doubt I will wear the tread off these boots long before the boot itself wears out. The boots are awesome and beat any competative boot in quality and value. I will definitely be using the boots during this springs turkey hunting season. END"

Cabela's Extreme Professional Outdoor Footwear 10,June 11, 2007

"I wear these boots all of the time. This is my 2nd pair. My only complaint is that for a rubber bottom boot they are hard to break in. I have had other rubber bottom boot that wear like an old boot as soon as you put them on, but once you get them broke in then they are very comfortable."

Not perfect, but great,April 2, 2007
By CoastalDefenderfrom Westport, WA
"They absolutely need to be broken in well where the leather is. They pinched me on the first 3 days right at the ankle, so I just tightened them up and kept working (I'm a Logger).
If its going to be cold out, or you're in knee-deep mud, get the insulated style. Even in 3ft mud all day long, and these kept my feet dry, though I was wishing they were insulated as my feet were cold all day long.
Also, don't worry about the boot feeling "loose" where the rubber part is (below the ankle), there is no way to make it tighter, and still expect to be able to get your foot in.
The tread is fantastic, and helped me grip while standing on wet logs in the pouring rain. As well as being fairly easy to kick mud off of.
The only thing that I didn't like about it was the pinching in the ankle due to the thickness of the leather. Though I am thinking I will actually appreciate that, as now they are broken in, and the thickness of the leather will make them more durable and last longer.
The laces are very very stiff, and even after a month of use, they are proving to be brittle. Get yourself another GOOD set of laces. These laces also proved to be slightly too short, and I was forced to wear the boots with the top lace-hole unused.
