Very Durable & Group with field points,October 15, 2009
By MidwestArcher
"This season I decided to try these broadheads, and have been fully impressed. They group identically to my field points, no need to adjust pins at all. I've shot two deer with one of them so far, both with clean pass-through and good, short blood trail. One of them passed through the shoulder blade and stuck in the tree behind the deer. I also missed once and stuck the same head in a downed log. After each of these shots, even after spending a half-hour digging it out of the log, the head spin-tested true, and sharpened right up! The only downside is they do hiss a bit in flight, but it hasn't been an issue in the woods."

Best Yet,August 29, 2009
By cufffrom Milwaukee, WI
"I switched to these heads last year after having some problems with the Rage. These heads fly great for me...I did not have to change my sight settings to use them. I shot 5 deer last year....not one of which ran more than 100 yards, and they all left a great blood trail. I did find that they were not super sharp from the package but after a quick couple of swipes on the diamond hone they were good to go!! They are very strong and I shot all five of my deer last year with the same head. A very good product for those don't want to worry about mechanical failure."

amazing broadheads,February 17, 2009
By npnw21
"razor sharp just as the name implies, top quality design, makes a huge entry wound guaranteed to leave a puddle of blood, easy to resharpen, and as far as i can tell (usin a 60# recurve) they fly just like field points...nothing bad to say at all, would definitely recommend them to you"

Nap Razorcaps Broadheads,November 3, 2008
By bearfoot1from Payson,Az.
"Theres to much to say about these EXCELLANT heads. They are sharp out of package but I allways put them on flat diamond stone to get to shaving sharp before I use them. Shot a buck last week in the U. P., had a complete pass through and the deer stood their for 15 seconds before he walked off 20 yards to fall over. He never even knew he had been shot, Get them SHARP. They fly like field points out of my bow and dont make any noise."

the best,October 14, 2008
By carbondeath
"This is by far the best broadhead that I have ever shot. Earlier this year I shot a big 5x5 bull elk in Colorado at 65 yards with a complete pass through. The bull only went about 60 yds. I resharppened the broadhead and yesterday shot a deer at 52 yds with the same broadhead and once again had a complete pass through and the deer only went about 50 yds. The broadhead is still in perfect condition even though it broke two ribs on the deer. I have already resharppened it and plan to use it again. They also fly exactly like my field tips."

best broadheads,October 14, 2008
By vsanchfrom Del Rio, TX.
"A friend of mine and myself are shooting these broadheads for the first time this year. My buddy went to Colorado for an Elk hunt this year and used these broadheads. He shot a bull at about 64 yards quartering away and broadhead went completely through. He also shot a doe at 52 yrds a few days ago and went all the way through, blood trail was instant! Broadhead hit rocks after going through the doe and the only thing wrong with it was the tip was broke. He resharpened it and is ready to use again. I have shot them myself for practice only and I am very impressed by how similar they shoot compared to my practice field tips. I think these will be the last broadheads i will buy. I would recommend these to anybody."

Best you can find,September 18, 2008
By LittleSwain
"I used to use an expandable broadhead and switched to these for the penetration. As it turns out these fly just as accurate if not more. They are nearly indistructable as well unlike the modern day mechanical where you may be lucky to shoot twice. I have had the same pack of 3 for two years now and only had one ever break or bend. That was from target practice stupidity. Its completes the trifecta of a broad head needs; accurate, penetrating, and indistructable."

The best fixed blade out there PERIOD,September 10, 2008
By HappyHandloaderfrom Texas
"The accuracy is amazing and grouping is great. I have used other fixed blades and had been disapointed by many. Some have good grouping but lack performace at distance, but this has it all. I have taken deer with this arrow and it leaves a massive wound channel that makes sure even pourly placed shot will kill."

Devatating head,November 1, 2007
By mikecastfrom bristol, vermont
"Look no further, this thing is wicked sharp our of the box, flies awesome, is strong, and easily resharpened. Cabelas only carries the 100 and 125 grain modules, but they are avalibel up to 200 gr elsewhere. That is the advantage of this head, the same blades fit different weight ferrules, making a very versatile head. I shoot the 125s from my recurve and the 200gr head from my lb. You wont be disappointed. The only thing to be aware of, I have found if you hit a solid object, it can slightly bend the ferrule, making it worthless, so dont shoot stumps or rocks"

True flight, devastating penetration.,June 21, 2007
By Tuxedoparkdogfrom Tuxedo Park, New York
"I just took a large bear south of the arctic circle with this head. Super! Shooting just shy of 300 f.p.s. and 70 lb., this head did not plane at all fom field tip point of aim. After the arrow passed through 2 lungs and bit of heart, the head hit a rock. After being sharpened, it is ready to go again. The bear went down in about 8 yards."

Cool Broadhead,February 7, 2007
By TechHunterfrom King George, VA
"Bought these because of their look and the favorable write ups on this site. Out of my bow(60#, 27 inch carbon arrows) arrows impacted a little low but pretty much where I thought they would go. After setting the bow to 66# they impact just an inch lower than same weight field tip out to 35yds. I need to mention that at 60# I could hear a little bit of a hiss in arrow flight which went away at 66#. I had better luck with the standard right helical fletching over the quick spin type. They are sharp out of the package and needed just a minor stoning to be sticky sharp. The points are obviously the sharpest part and knowing blades should start cutting well at speed of flight."

Good idea,November 21, 2006
By NTYMADATER
"I really like the look of these broadheads. It is a great idea but I personally could not achieve perfect arrow flight. For most people they will fly good enough, but if you want perfect dart holes I think they need to be shot out of a slower bow. Perhaps less than 280 f.p.s. I was shooting aluminum arrows with 5" feathers. Out to 25 yards I could still shoot good groups but past that I couldn't keep 4 shots inside the 10 ring consistently. Paper tuning I could not get them to stop shooting nock high. I think if I would have had more time to work with them I could have got them to work. I might try them again next year."

razorcaps review,November 21, 2006
By johnnyrocketfrom New York
"I harvested a doe at 44 yards using 100gr Razorcaps with carbon arrows 29". Dead on shot and devastating cutting and hemoraging as a result. Windy day and the arrow still flew straight on target. Worth every penny and I will buy them again. Quality manufacturing- precision actually."
